Eligibility of Britannia Milk Bikis Smart Moves Contest

** This Contest will be open to every individual aged between five (5) years to eighteen (18) years as of the date of participation and residing in India, subject to submission of entries by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the Participant.
** Participation by a Participant shall be deemed to have been made with the consent of their parent or legal guardian.
** Participant should not be facing any criminal/civil or any other legal proceedings which may prejudice the participation in the Campaign in any way.
** The Participant’s communication address shall be within the area of delivery serviceable by popular courier services.
** Employees of Britannia and their relatives, and Agencies and their respective relatives their direct respective agents, distributors, retailers and any other channel partner, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

** Scan the QR code available on the Promotional Product to access the Contest microsite.
** Enter and validate your mobile number via OTP.
** Scan the Machine Code mentioned on the PCRO panel of the Promotional Product.

** Commence the game by completing Level 1.

The Contest shall award the following levels of prizes

Level 1:
Participants completing Level 1 shall be eligible to receive cashback up to 10 Rs in the form of Amazon Pay or PhonePe vouchers.

Level 2:
Participants successfully clearing Level 2 shall be entitled to the following:
i. The top 20 Level 2 Winners will receive a laptop, with the brand and model to be decided by Britannia at its discretion.
ii. All participants completing level 2 will win an AI-driven chess learning subscription from CircleChess.com, valued at INR 999/-.

Selection of Winners:
** Level 1 Winners Selection: Every Participant who makes the right move on the chess board to checkmate, will win the Level 1 prize as described in the Terms and Conditions.
** Level 2 Winners Selection: To be eligible to win Level 2 prize, Participant will be directed to Level 2, where the Participants will have to make two (02) right moves on the chess board to checkmate. Participants scores will be based on:
** The number of attempts taken.
** The number of hints used (fewer hints mean higher scores).
** The total time taken to complete the Level 1 and Level 2.
** In case of a tie or close scores, Britannia may apply tie-breaker methods or consider additional factors to ensure fair play.
** Participants must keep their Promotional Product packs safely for verification purposes.
** The decision of Britannia/Agency shall be final and binding on the Participant in this matter. Britannia/Agency shall in no case entertain any questions, correspondence, enquiries on the manner of the selection of Winners.
** Britannia/Agency shall, at all times, have the right to exercise its discretion on the selection of Winners, in order to ensure equity and fairness for all Participants, as per the Terms and Conditions.
