What is MyGov Logo Design Contest For STPI?

Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), a premier S&T organization under the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, invites creative professionals, students, designers and the public at large in collaboration with MyGov to participate in a Logo design Contest to design a new bilingual (Hindi & English) logo that reflects STPI’s role, functions, mandate and excellence. Last date of contest is 10th January 2026.

How To Enter in the MyGov Logo Design Contest For STPI?

All entries must be submitted on mygov.in. Entries submitted through any other medium/mode will not be considered for evaluation. An entry may be submitted by an Indian citizen or as a team project. Each participant/team can submit only one entry. Participation in the contest is free of cost.

Note:
1. The logo should be submitted in PNG or PDF format only.
2. The logo should be designed in colour. The final design must be provided in both CMYK and RGB formats.
3. The logo should be usable on websites, social media (Twitter/Facebook), and printed materials such as black-and-white press releases, stationery, signage, labels, etc.
4. The logo should be designed on a digital platform. The winner must submit the design in an open file format (EPS/CDR/PSD). Participants should ensure that original designs are submitted.
5. All fonts should be converted to outlines.
6. The file should be high resolution — at least 300 pixels per inch at 100% size.
7. The file should appear clean (not pixelated or bit-mapped) when viewed on screen at 100%.
8. Entries should not be submitted in compressed or self-extracting formats

Prizes of MyGov Logo Design Contest For STPI

** Winning logo: ₹25,000 (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand only) and a Certificate of Recognition from STPI.
** Winning entry will be credited across STPI platforms and featured in publicity materials.
** STPI reserves the right to make the final decision and to use the winning logo for official purposes; the winner must supply editable source files (AI, EPS, SVG, CDR) and assign necessary rights as per the contest terms.
** Top entries (3 nos.) apart from the winner, may receive Certificates of Appreciation at STPI’s discretion.

Terms and Conditions:
** The logo design must be original and should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 or the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party.
** The logo should not have been previously published in any print or digital media and must not contain any provocative, objectionable, or inappropriate content.
** All entries are governed by the provisions of the Emblems and Names (Prevention of Improper Use) Act, 1950, and any violation of the Act will result in disqualification.
** In case of any copyright or similar issues, the participant/applicant will be responsible for settling any legal proceedings arising from it at his/her own end. Organizers will not be responsible for any such issues.
** Plagiarism of any nature is not allowed. Anyone found infringing upon others’ copyright will be disqualified from the contest.
** The participant should ensure that his/her MyGov profile is accurate and updated for further communication.
** This includes details such as name, latest photograph, country declaration, complete postal address, email ID, and phone number. Entries with incomplete profiles will not be considered.
** The onus will lie on the participant/applicant to prove that he/she is the only authorized representative to submit the entry for the contest.
** In case the logo is selected for an award, it will be given to the participant/applicant only. Organizers will not be responsible for any dispute, legal or otherwise, arising out of it.
