What is MyGov Consumer Awareness Quiz?

The Department of Consumer Affairs, in collaboration with MyGov, aims through this quiz to promote awareness among citizens about their rights and responsibilities as consumers and to familiarize them with the grievance redressal mechanism of the National Consumer Helpline (NCH). Through this interactive engagement, participants will enhance their understanding of informed consumer choices, product safety, and the role of government initiatives such as Jago Grahak Jago. Last date of application is 15th March 2026.

How To Apply For MyGov Consumer Awareness Quiz?

** The quiz will be available exclusively on the MyGov platform.
** Only one attempt is allowed per participant.
** Participants must not refresh or close the window while playing.
** Participants must ensure their MyGov profile details are accurate.
** Incomplete or incorrect entries will be considered invalid.
** On successful completion, e-certificates will be auto-generated.
** Use of unfair means including impersonation will lead to disqualification.
** Organiser’s decision will be final and binding.
