What is ITO National Logical Reasoning Olympiad?
The National Logical Reasoning Olympiad (NLRO) is designed to nurture these skills among students in a fun and engaging way. For learners of Classes 1 to 10, the focus is on concepts such as patterns, shapes, numbers, and everyday situations and much more. These topics help children enjoy learning while building a strong foundation for future academic growth. Last date of registration is 31st August, 2026.

Eligibility of ITO National Logical Reasoning Olympiad
Interested students can participate in Indian Talent Olympiad from their respective schools Only (all boards). Students from class 1 – 10 can participate in all subjects for Olympiad exams. There are no other eligibility criteria.
How To Register For ITO National Logical Reasoning Olympiad?
Students participate in the National Logical Reasoning Olympiad through their schools. Interested students register with the help of their subject teachers, and the examination is conducted within the school premises. The Olympiad generally consists of a single level and encourages wide participation to promote logical thinking among students. Outstanding performers are recognized and rewarded to motivate students and appreciate their efforts.

Proper preparation plays an important role in building confidence for competitive exams like the NLRO. Logical Reasoning workbooks designed for different classes help students practice and strengthen their thinking skills. For Classes 1to 10, the study material focuses on developing observation, reasoning, and basic problem-solving abilities. Questions are presented in a simple multiple-choice format, making learning enjoyable and stress-free for young learners.
Prizes of ITO National Logical Reasoning Olympiad
A cash prize of Rupees 1 Lac is allotted to the first 8 students who achieve 1st Rank at the National Level. The 10 students obtaining 2nd Rank at National Level are honoured with a cash prize of Rs. 40,000. Laptops OR Rs. 20,000 are given to 10 students who stand subsequent to second rank holders on the national level.
Tablets OR Rs. 8000 are given to the 100 meritorious students who earn the 4th rank, respectively. State Level Scholarships and Excellence Medal Awards (For School Registered) are allotted to the students who fit the criteria of the respective awards as well.
Best Performer Title is given for the individually participating students who rank between Rank 11 and Rank 100 at State Level. The awards include scholarships of varying amounts, medals and certificates of merit.
