Shiva Cycle-A-Thon Contest:

This Contest is organized by Viacom18 Media Pvt. Ltd. (“Organizers”) and is open to all (“Participants”) for participation:
** citizens of India; and
** Participation by minors will be deemed as participation with the prior consent and knowledge of the Participant’s parents.

** To participate in the Contest, a Participant needs to log on to the official website of Nick India at following link nickindia.com and click on the Shiva microsite to play any one of the three games on the Shiva microsite during the Term.

** Each game would have a leader board which shall display top scorers of each game each time. Each participant can play any number of games for any number of times during the Contest Period.

Modes of Participation:
The Participant can answer participate in the following methods:
** By logging on the Nick India webpage – nickindia.com and Shiva Cycle-A-Thon microsite nickindia.com/shiva for participating and playing any one of three games as per instructions provided therein.

Contest Period:
The Contest shall commence from 12th January 2016 and shall conclude on 12th February 2016 or on such date as decided by the Organizer (“Contest Period”). Any games played or entries received after the Contest Period shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the Contest.

Selection of Winners:
** At the end of the Contest Period on 12th March 2016 or such other date as may be determined by the Organizer at its sole discretion, the Organizers shall select total 9 (nine) Participants who are top 3 (three) scorers in any one of the three games on the microsite (“Winners”).

** In the event a participant is top scorer in each of the game, then such participant would be entitled to win only 1 (one) prize and further in the event a participant ranks in different positions in each game (example, top scorer in one game and second scorer in another game) then such participant would be eligible to win only 1 (one) prize, which shall be the highest.

Out of the total Winners to be declared, Winners shall be declared on following basis and eligible to win below prizes:
** First 3 (three) participants who have ranked 1 (first) in each game by the end of the Contest Period as per the leader board for each game displayed on the microsite shall be selected and shall be eligible to win a 1 (one) Grand Prize each of ‘Power Bank’ as per gratification table provided below;

** Next 3 (three) participants who have ranked 2 (second) in each game by the end of the Contest Period as per the leader board for each game displayed on the microsite shall be selected and shall be eligible to win a 1 (one) Prize each of ‘Cycle Helmet’ as per gratification table provided below; and

** Last 3 (three) participants who have ranked 3 (third) in each game by the end of the Contest Period as per the leader board for each game displayed on the microsite shall be selected and shall be eligible to win a 1 (one) Grand Prize each of ‘Sippers’ as per gratification table provided below;

For the purpose of this terms and conditions, any reference to the Winners shall deem to include reference to the Grand Winners unless expressly stated otherwise.

Gratification Details:

Each of the Winners as declared by the Organizers would be entitled to win any one of the below products displayed during the Contest Period and to be determined at discretion of Viacom 18:

** All other incidental costs, if any, that may arise from participating in the Contest will be borne by the Participant. The Organizers shall not be responsible in case of any network problem such as breakdown of machinery, poor network availability, disruption in the network, inconvenience/ hindrance caused, and/ or the cost of the internet usage that may be charged or otherwise.

** The Participants/Winner(s) acknowledge that the Organizer shall not be liable for any costs, expenses, charges, fees, taxes, etc. incurred by the Winner(s) in participating in the Contest, and the Winner(s) shall be absolutely responsible and solely liable for the same.

** The Participants shall not be entitled to win the Prize simply by the reason of participating in the Contest or answering correct answer. Further, the Winners so selected shall be entitled to win the Prize and Grand Prize as set out hereinabove. The selection process may be revised and shall be as per the Organizer’s sole discretion.

** The Participants or any third party shall have no right to question the process of selection. In the event there is a tie between two participants as final winner, then the same shall be resolved through a random draw.
