MiMi Buster Sweepstake :

** The MiMi Buster sweepstake is open to Indian residents in India only, non-resident Indians/ non-citizen; Indians not residing in India are not eligible under this offer

** The MiMi Buster sweepstake is not applicable to customers from the state of Tamil Nadu.
** The MiMi Buster sweepstake requires users to be a fan of the Asus India page, participate in the contest by playing the game. Participants with higher scores will stand better chance to win however the final decision to select the winners will rest with Asus India and cannot be challenged.
** Higher the number of times the game is played by a participant, higher will be the chances of winning.
** Multiple game entries are allowed.
** For those declared as winners the last date to get in touch and share all requested contact details, with Asus India and claim the gratifications is 10thMarch 2016.
** Winners can get in touch with Asus India via Facebook inbox messages to claim the gratification. Claims by winners post 15th March will not be accepted.
** Asus Reserves the right to not give the gratification to a winner if the winner profile is found to be fake or it is found that the winner had hacked or cheated to improve his/her chances of winning.
** Each participant is responsible for monitoring his or her email account and checking the Asus FB page for notification and receipt or other communications related to this offer.
** The winners of the MiMi Buster sweepstake will be entitled to either of the 3 gratification. 33 units of Zenfone Max OR 33 Gift Vouchers of Rs 1,000 each OR 33 Zenny Pen Drives
** Winners will be provided gratification in form of an Asus Zenfone Max. Not more than 33 phones will be given out, one phone to each winner. In case of any unavoidable situation Asus may offer alternate gratification which will be deemed equivalent and acceptable to the winner.
** The MiMi Buster sweepstake ends on 7th March 11:59 AM. Asus reserves the right to end the campaign earlier than the announced date or extend the campaign.
** Winners of the MiMi Buster sweepstake will be announced on 9th March 2016
** Each winner is responsible for tracking the receipt of their gratification after the winner announcement is made.
** Customers having any concerns regarding receipt of their gratification must raise their issues before 20th March 2016
** Asus will not be liable towards fulfillment of shipment of MiMiBuster campaign for any concerns raised after 20th March 2016
** Employees of ASUS and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies, who are involved in the promotion, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons, are NOT ELIGIBLE under this contest.
** The prevailing statutory laws of India shall be applicable to the contest and all disputes relating to this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Mumbai only.
** ASUS India reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the activity, its period, gift, gift value etc., without prior notice to the customers.
** The contestgratification shall not be extendable or transferable.
