These terms and conditions govern the conduct of the Contest “#JailBreak” henceforth will be known as the “Contest”, which is brought to you by the organizer – Micromax Informatics Limited will be referred as “Micromax”

1. This contest is brought to you by Micromax Mobile and any participation in this regard is voluntary. This Contest is open for Indian residents of 18 years of age except the employees and the family members of the Organizer, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors / executing agencies and their associate companies (“Contestant”). Minors are not allowed to participate in this Contest.

2. This contest is open from 15th July’ 2015 on the <Landing Page>. The last day for participation is 17th July, 2015 till 11:59pm.

3. All decisions with respect to this contest, including number of gifts and type of gifts, will be at the sole discretion of Micromax and the same will be final & binding on a non-contestable basis.

4. Prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of prizes.

5. Two winners will get the all new Micromax Canvas Sliver 5 and 2 consolation prizes for the runners up.

6. Micromax shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered as a result of participating in this contest.

7. Micromax reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any/ all of the terms and conditions of this contest at any time without prior notice.

8. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only. The existence of dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against Micromax.

9. Micromax reserves the right to use all assets (content/images) that gets created with respect to this contest.

10. To participate in the #JailBreak Contest, the contestant needs to do the following:

Steps to participate:

** Click ‘How To Play’ and read the instructions
** Click ‘Start Here’
** Log in via your Facebook, Twitter or Instagram profiles
** Disable the pop up option on the browser
** There are 6 levels in total. Begin from the first and proceed to the last level.
** 2 questions will be revealed each day, the first at 1pm and the next at 5pm respectively
** Earn 100 points for correct answer in the first attempt. Earn 50 points for correct answer in the second attempt. Earn 30 points for correct answer in the third attempt
** Share your achievement with your friends and earn 25 points.
** Multiple shares are allowed but each time unique friends have to be tagged
** Answer all levels correctly and earn maximum points by sharing it with friends
** Participants with all correct answers and highest leaderboard score will be shortlisted.
** In case of a tie, winners will be selected on the basis of a Lucky Draw
** The final shortlisting of the winners will be at the sole discretion of Micromax & will not be contestable.
** The #MicromaxCanvasSliver5 contest is open from 15th July 2015 to 17th July 2015
** Spammers will be disqualified from participation

11. By participating in this contest, the participants accept the Terms and Conditions of entry as specified above in total.
