Indywood Talent Hunt

Indywood Talent Hunt is intended to provide a platform for the young talents to showcase their proficiency in various fields associated with film making. It is our aim to spot out the young talents and to introduce them into the world of cinema.

Few selected entries will be provided an expectional opportunity to attend and meet some of the eminent personalities at the film carnival

Talent Hunt Rules for Various Competitions:

** Age limit should be below 25 years
** Registrations should be done online
** Maximum 50 participants shall be shortlisted for the final round Indywood Certification and Training
** Before the final shortlisting you may be called for a personal or Skype meeting to ensure the submitted attachment is of your own creation
** Judges decision shall be final and rejection or acceptance of applications are to the discretion of Organizers
** 100% attendance shall be required during training session for getting certified
** First prize winners will get a chance to be a part of Hollywood/ Indian film, will get world’s first glassless 3D Tab and a rare opportunity to have dinner with Hollywood directors
** All selected participants will get a chance for a free visit to world’s largest film city and Film Market Visitor Pass. They are allowed to bring any friends or relatives at their own cost as per Indywood Carnival Entry Policy
** Public transport is available from Hyderabad city to Ramoji Film City. Inside the film city transport shall be provided
** First round audition will be closed on August 30th and send invitation mail to selected 50 participants each from 12 category

Script Writing:
** Contestants wishing to participate may upload their best synopsis online. The synopsis should be limited to a maximum of 300 words.
** The best 3 synopsis will be shortlisted and the corresponding contestants will be called to the final event venue Ramoji Film city for further process.
** Languages applicable are English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil & Telugu.
** The 3 shortlisted contestants will get an opportunity to present their synopsis at the ‘Script Corner’ at Indywood Film Carnival , where renowned producers & filmmakers will be present.

Lyrics Writing:
** Contestants wishing to participate may upload their creation online.
** The lyrics should be limited to a maximum of 150 words.
** Languages applicable are English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil & Telegu.
** The best 2 creations will be shortlisted and the final round will be conducted at Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad

Music Direction:
** Contestants wishing to participate may upload their upload their best music compositions online.
** The compositions should have duration of 3-6 mins.
** The composition should have atleast 2 instruments
** The best 2 compositions will be shortlisted and the contestants will be called to Ramoji Film City for the final rounds.

Still Photography:
** Contestants wishing to participate may upload their best photographs with their names specified in the stills.
** Only one photograph per contestant is permitted.
** The best 10 entries will be shortlisted and the final round will be conducted at Ramoji film City.

Best Online Promoter:
** The contestants will be given a topic for promotion in social media.
** A panel of judges will judge the effectiveness of the promotion campaign, on the basis of the maximum number of ‘likes’ & ‘shares’ received.
** The winning team will get an opportunity to present their theme at the display table in Indywood Film Market.

Short Film Making [Shoot At Sight Contest]:
** Contestants wishing to participate may upload their best short films online.
** The duration of the film must be between 5-10 mins
** The films can be in any language.
** The best 5 short films will be shortlisted by the panel of judges
** The shortlisted 5 teams will be given an opportunity to shoot a film-‘Shoot at Sight’ at Ramoji Film city, and the winner is selected after reviewing the films.

Production Design:
** Contestants wishing to participate may upload their best production design online.
** Only one design per contestant is permitted
** The submission of work should be in JPEG format.
** The best 5 creations will be shortlisted the final round will be conducted at Ramoji film City.

Music Album:
** Only team works is permitted
** All participants should register individually

Animation Character Design:
** Contestants wishing to participate in this contest can upload online their best self designed animation characters with names specified on them.
** Only one design per contestant is permitted.
** The best 5 designs will be shortlisted and the final round will be conducted at Ramoji film City.

Poster Design:
** Contestants wishing to participate in this contest can upload online their best self designed posters with names specified on them.
** Only one design per contestant is permitted
** The best 5 designs will be shortlisted and the final round will be conducted at Ramoji film City.

Fashion Show:
** Contestants wishing to participate in this contest can upload their online FASHION PORTFOLIO
** The best 10 portfolios will be selected to the final round of the show at Ramoji Film City
** Obscenity, Vulgarity and wardrobe malfunction of any sort will lead to automatic disqualification.

Acting Contest:
** Participants can upload their self recorded monologue on our website
** Videos can be submitted in mp4 / avi / mov formats
** Videos should not more than 60 seconds
** Languages applicable are English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil & Telugu
** The video must be suitable for public viewing and must not infringe legal and moral rights of any other third party.
