Offer Period shall mean the period commencing from 14th October 2016 – 00:00:01 Hrs till 21st January 2017 – 23:59:59 Hrs. both days inclusive.

Gratification shall mean and be limited to the following:
Bumper Gratification (100 Days):
Car worth Rs. 300,000**/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Only) to only one eligible MSISDN Subscriber across all the Circle Groups who has obtained minimum criteria of 300 points during the Offer Period.

Grand Gratification (50 Days):
One eligible MSISDN Subscriber across all Circle Groups, for each of the two 50 days period, to be gratified with One Motorbike, total worth Rs. 1,00,000**/- (Rupees One Lakhs Only) for 2 gratifications, who has obtained minimum criteria of 200 points during that period.

Mega Gratification (50 Days):
Top 3 MSISDN Subscribers from each of the 6 Circle Groups, for each of the two 50 days period, to be gratified with Smartphone (1st highest Scorer), Refrigerator (2nd Highest Scorer) and Washing Machine (3rd highest scorer) respectively, total worth Rs. 3,12,000**/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Twelve Thousands only) for 36 gratifications, who has obtained the minimum criteria of 125 points during that period.

Weekly Gratification (7 Days):
Recharges/bill payment each worth Rs.1,000** (Rupees One Thousands Only) to total 252 eligible MSISDN Subscribers, 3 from each of the 6 Circle Groups for each of the 14 weeks, total worth Rs. 2,52,000**/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Fifty Two Thousands only), who has obtained the minimum criteria of 10 points during the particular week.

Eligibility to avail the Offer:
This Offer is valid only for active and existing prepaid and post-paid Idea Subscriber of the Participant Circles, who successfully downloads any Dialer Tone during the Offer Period and fulfils the following criteria:
** Subscriber must be 18 years or above.
** Subscriber must be a citizen of India.
** Subscriber must not have been either prosecuted or convicted for any criminal offence nor be of an unsound mind and has a firm contractual capacity.
** Subscriber must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by Court Order and/or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship.
** Subscriber must belong to Participant Circles only.
** Subscriber must be an active Subscriber or customer of Idea during the announcement, selection of highest scorer andhighest scorer gratification.
** Subscriber must not de-activate Dialer Tone during the Offer Period after participation. (For Bumper & Mega Gratification Only).
** Subscriber should no way be related to the promoters of this Offer.

Procedure for participating in the Offer:
Participation through IVR:
** If the Subscriber downloads any Dialer Tone, informative SMS shall be sent to the Subscriber MSISDN number offering to Participate in the Offer and further providing IVR MM No 567898 to dial, if the Subscriber opts to participate in the Offer.
** The Offer is available on the Toll free MM number 567898 for all Idea subscribers that download a Dialer Tone during the Offer period.
** On dialling 567898, customers will be given briefed guidance on how to participate in the Offer.
** This is followed by the 1st question and answer options
** Subscriber can answer the question by pressing required key (i.e. either “1” or “2”).
** For answering a question correctly the subscriber will be awarded 1 point.
** Subscriber will be pushed 5 questions per activity (Activation, Subscription Renewal, Content Change or Content Renewal) basis the amount charged for the service. For charged amount greater than or equal to Rs1, 5 questions will be pushed. If charged amount is less than Rs1, no question will be pushed.
** On Answering the questions, the Subscribers shall receive an SMS with “Cumulative Score” + “Instruction to download next song” to continue the Offer. User can play maximum of 1200 questions in the offer.
