** The Contest is open only for Indian citizens who are resident of India.

** The employees of the Company and/or their family members and/or anyone else connected in any manner with the Contest or helping to set up the Contest, shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest.

** There is no entry fee and/or no purchase of the Company’s product required for participating in this Contest.

** The route to participate in the Contest and details of how to participate are available on “Facebook” page (facebook.com/BajajElectricals) and “Twitter” handle (@BajajElectrical) (twitter.com/BajajElectrical)

** The Contest begins on 23rd October, 2016 at 11.00 a.m. (IST) and ends on 27th October, 2016 at 10:00 PM (IST). No participation entries will be permitted/ accepted after the end of scheduled time.

** The prizes for winner include 3 iPhones, 5 Vitamin Juicers, 10 Breadmakers, 20 Hand Blenders and 200 shop.bajaj gift vouchers of Rs. 500 each.

** The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend the Contest and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event out of the Company’s control.

Any changes to the Contest will be notified to the participants as soon as possible by the Company.

** No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the Company reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

** Winners will be chosen by an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointed by the Company.

** The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 10 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, the Company reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

** The Company will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
** The Company’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

** The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participation entry from the Contest-
– if it has been done from fake Facebook/ Twitter accounts; and/or
– if it contains profanity, obscene content or spamming; and/or
– for any other reason considered appropriate by the Company.

** No person shall be entitled to use the Company’s logo, brand name, word mark or trademarks to promote any products and/or for any reason whatsoever on Facebook/ Twitter platform and/or any other platform, without the prior written permission from the Company.

** By entering this Contest, the participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

** By participating in the Contest, the participant agrees to grant to the Company, rights to publish, broadcast and use in any media/ platform, including the World Wide Web, the participant’s entry, name, picture/photos, and likeness, without limitation, for promotional and advertising purposes without any compensation.

** The Company will not be responsible for the contents of the participant’s entries.
** The Contest and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
** Participation in the Contest will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
