Book Domestic Fly International :

AirAsia India Book Domestic & Fly International Contest Contest shall be open for eight (8) weeks starting from Saturday, December 24, 2016, 12 am IST – Thursday, January 23, 2016, 11:59pm IST for all the bookings with travel date between December 25, 2016 and March 31, 2017 (both dates inclusive).

Age Requirements:
18 years or older

Contest Eligibility Requirements:
Participant must be Indian national residing in India. The flight should be booked on AirAsia (India) Limited (“AAI”) flight network and booking should have the start and end within the Indian territorial jurisdiction and should be paid in Indian Rupees.

AirAsia India Book Domestic & Fly International Contest:
** During the Contest Period, customer needs to book their flights at www.airasia.com or on the AirAsia mobile site or AirAsia mobile application and submit their entries for the consent on the following link or scan the following code on the mobile phone.
** Only one entry is allowed per participant during the entire Contest Period. All subsequent entries shall be rejected and only the first entry shall be considered for the purposes of this contest.

Winners Selection:
Winner shall be selected by panel of judges appointed by AAI. Decision of the judges shall be final and non-appealable.

Prize:
One winner shall be selected at the end of second, fourth and sixth week of the Sweepstakes Period and one winner shall be selected at the end of ninth week. Each winner shall be given one return flights (base fare only) to Bangkok.

Contest shall be open for following eight weeks:
** First Cutoff – December 24, 2016 to January 6, 2017;
** Second Cutoff – January 7 to January 20, 2017;
** Third Cutoff – January 21, 2017 to February 3, 2017; and
** Fourth Cutoff – February 4, 2017 to February 17, 2017.

Winners shall be announced on the following dates for cut-off period:
** First Cutoff – January 8, 2017
** Second Cutoff – January 22, 2017
** Third Cutoff – February 5, 2017; and
** Fourth Cutoff – February 26, 2017.

Note:
** Prize is non-transferable and/or cannot be redeemed for cash. Failure to accept the prize shall result in forfeiture of the prize.
** Prize presentation and other conditions: Winner will be contacted via e-mail and base fare ticket or base fare coupon for the prize shall be presented to the winner, upon proper presentation of identity documents, in person by authorised AAI personnel.
** Prize will be presented in person to the winner at the AAI office in Bengaluru. The winner has to be personally present in order to receive the prize.
** The winner shall have to arrange his/her own transport to and fro from Bengaluru and accommodation at Bengaluru at his/her own costs.
** Prize will only be presented after completion of the travel as per the booking PNR. If the applicant/winner cancels the ticket before the date of travel then the prize shall automatically stand forfeited.
** Once the winner is selected, his/her pre-paid booking becomes non-refundable. Prize ticket or coupon shall be valid for travel until July 31, 2017.
** Base fare for the international journey will be paid by AirAsia India. Airport charges, taxes and other charges needs to be borne by the winner.
** AirAsia India won’t be responsible for winner’s Visa, ground charges, taxis, hotel accommodations and meals. All the expenses needs to be it needs to be borne by the winner.
