My T20 Stars Contest:

The following are the rules for the “My T20 Stars” contest (the “Contest”) hosted by Star India Private Limited (“STAR”) for promotion of the Star Sports India Facebook page and the Star Sports India Twitter handle through the handle @StarSportsIndia.

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the Star Sports Facebook Page and the Star Sports Twitter Handle shall be collectively referred to as the “Network Handles”. The Contest will be conducted during the PayTM India v England T20 Trophy, 2017 (the “Tournament”).

Any personal information gathered pursuant to this Contest shall be subject to the privacy policy  which is incorporated herein by reference. This Contest shall be subject to the terms and conditions, comprising of the Principal Rules and the General Rules (the “Terms and Conditions”) as stated hereunder.

Principal Rules:
1. The Contest will be conducted on each day of the Tournament on which a match of the Tournament (“Match”) is scheduled to be played, during the period commencing from January 26, 2017 and ending on February 1, 2017 (“Contest Period”).

For the avoidance of doubt, the contest will be conducted on the following dates (each a “Contest Day”):
a. January 26, 2017;
b. January 29, 2017;
c. February 1, 2017; and,
d. Such other day on which a Match is played.

2. The Contest is a game of skill whereby on each Contest Day, the Participants will have to name a total of 3 (three) players from amongst the members of the teams participating in the Tournament (“Players”), who in the Participant’s opinion, will be the best performers in the Match scheduled to be played on such Contest Day.

An official announcement will be made on the Network Handles on each Contest Day, inviting the Participants to share tweets on Twitter or comments on the post carrying the announcement on the Star Sports Facebook Page, containing the names of their choices for the relevant Contest Day from among the Players (“Announcement”).

Participants will be awarded points in accordance with the points system set forth in the Annexure to these Terms and Conditions and which shall also be made available by Star on the Network Handles (“Points System”), based on the performance of their chosen Players during the Match played on the relevant Contest Day.

3. Participants may submit their choices for each Contest Day from the time of the Announcement on the relevant Contest Day and until 15 (fifteen) minutes after the first ball of the first innings (out of two) of the Match scheduled to be played on the relevant Contest Day (“Daily Contest Period”).

Any person who wishes to participate in the Contest shall fulfill all of the following requirements in order to qualify for participation:
(a) All Participants must be valid users of Twitter/Facebook, as applicable, and must be residing in India during the Contest Period.
(b) Each Participant is required to visit the Network Handles, as applicable and “follow”/”like” (as may be applicable) the respective Network Handle.
