Once Upon A Breakfast Contest :

By participating in the “Once Upon A Breakfast” contest, you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions.

The Contest:
To participate in the “#OnceUponABreakfast” contest, participants will need to do the following:
** Participants have to choose a fable from the “Once Upon A Breakfast” microsite and record their child OR themselves reciting the entire fable. The audio file should be sent on Whatsapp to the number – +91 7718991766.
** Winners will be decided on the basis of the quality and creativity of entries. The best entries will be hosted on the “Once Upon A Breakfast” microsite.

Eligibility:
The Contest is open only to legal residents of India, who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and non-employee workers of Soulfull, Soulfull Affiliates or any agencies involved in the development or execution of the Contest or production or distribution of Contest materials, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of each such person are not eligible.

Contest Period: The contest will commence at 10:00 AM on February 12, 2017 and end at 10:00 PM on April 25, 2017.

Prize:
Three winners will be chosen and will each win a Soulfull surprise. The contest winners will be determined on the basis of the quality and appropriateness of his/her entry and this decision will be at the sole discretion of Soulfull.

Announcement of Winner:
The winners of the contest shall be announced on Facebook. For redeeming the prize, the Winner should provide such other information / documents as may be requested to verify the winner’s identity and/or eligibility. The winner will have 1 day to respond to the email and provide all necessary documents and information.

In the event that a winner cannot be contacted from the details supplied or does not respond to the email for any reason whatsoever, then the prize will be deemed forfeited, and Soulfull may award the prize to the next eligible winner and/or dispose of the prize in any manner it deems fit, at its sole discretion.

General Terms & Conditions:
** Soulfull reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who breaches these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the underlying system or the operation of the Contest.
** Soulfull reserves the right to initiate appropriate legal action including seeking damages from any such person who attempts to deliberately damage Soulfull websites or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest.
** Soulfull reserves the right to cancel, change, modify or withdraw this Contest and the term & conditions without assigning any reason or without giving any prior notice.
** Soulfull is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer software and/or equipment, failure of any e-mail account or any combination thereof.
** The decision of Soulfull, on any matters in relation to or arising from the Contest shall be final and binding.
** No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this Contest or these Terms and Conditions.
