About The Contest:
Duration – 11th May 12:00:00 AM to 14th May 2017 11:59:59 PM

Steps To Participate:
** Answer a simple question on the Contest page; and
** Load Amazon Pay balance worth Rs.500 or more.

Winner Selection:
** One lucky participant will be selected by a random draw of lots every hour from the participants who undertake the above steps in that hour.
** 24 participants will be selected every day, one selected participant for each hour of the day, for each of the 4 days (11th May, 2017 to 14th May 2017).
** One participant will be eligible to win the contest only once in the entire contest duration.
&& If a participant is announced as selected for one of the hours, then he/ she is not eligible to participate in the remaining hours of the contest period.
** The participants selected as per the contest T&Cs will qualify as winners and be eligible to receive the prize of ‘Amazon Pay balance worth Rs. 1 Lakh’ only if they comply with the T&Cs of the contest.
** You are eligible for the contest only if you add Amazon Pay balance into your account via ‘Top-up’.
** Adding Amazon Pay balance by purchasing or claiming an Amazon Gift Card or 3rd party gift card does not make you eligible for the contest.
** Selected participants, if eligible, will receive Amazon Pay balance worth Rs. 1 Lakh each, by 7th June 2017.

Contest Terms & Conditions:
** This ‘Load and Win Rs.1 lakh every hour’ contest is provided to you by Amazon Online Distribution Services Private Limited  and made available on www.amazon.in and its mobile application/site thereof by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited.
** Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest. You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.
** These T&Cs are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use to which you agree by using Amazon.in and the gift cards terms and conditions (“Gift Card Terms”) issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited (“Qwikcilver”).
** To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these T&Cs; these T&Cs will prevail with respect to this Contest only.
** To the extent the Gift Card Terms are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to this Offer only.
** For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.

Eligibility:
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

This Contest is not available in the state of Tamil Nadu in view of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act, 1979.

Details of the Contest & How To Enter:
** This Contest will commence from May 11th, 2017 at 12:00:01 a.m. (IST) and end on May 14th, 2017 at 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) (“Contest Period”).

In order to participate in the Contest for a particular hour during the Contest Period, a person must during that hour:
** (a) be signed-in/ sign-up from his/ her Amazon.in account;
** (b) navigate to the Contest landing page;
** (c) answer the Contest question, and
** (d) add Rs.500 or more Amazon Pay balance to his/ her Amazon Pay account (such person hereinafter referred to as, “Participant(s)”).

By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

Other Contests:
Please note that AODS/ ASSPL may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit awarded in any other promotion/ contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

Prizes:
There is a total of 96 participants who will be selected under this Contest. Each selected participant will qualify as winner to receive Rs.1 lakh worth Amazon Pay balance, subject to compliance with these T&Cs. The Amazon Pay balance will be credited to the eligible winning Participants accounts by 7th June 2017.
