Terms & Conditions:
1. ‘#KwalityMom #MothersDayContest (“Contest”) is brought to you by Kwality Ltd. (“Kwality” “Organizer”).
2. Contest is open for all Indian citizens of 15 years of age or above residing in India except the employees and the family members of the Organizer, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies and its Auditors and their associate companies (“Contestant”).
3. By participating in this Contest, the Contestant agrees to have accepted the Terms and Conditions of the Contest.

4. No Purchase is required. Participation is optional.
5. Contest starts on 12th May and ends on 15th May (“Contest Period”), both the dates inclusive.
6. Contest is being conducted under the supervision of Kwality Facebook page managers
7. Users can participate in the Contest as many times as possible during the duration of the Contest.

8. To participate in the Contest on Facebook, the Contestant is required to do the following activities:
** Like the ‘Kwality’ fan page on Facebook and become a fan of the page, if not a fan already.
** Participate in the #KwalityMom Contest
** The participant has to upload a picture of them with their mother, tell us with that one quality that the participant would want to imbibe from her, share the contest post and tag 5 friends.
** Ask your friends and family to like your comment entry.
** Use #KwalityMom in your comment entry/post

9. To participate in the Contest on Twitter, the Contestant is required to do the following activities:
** Follow Kwality on Twitter
** The participant has to upload a picture of them with their mother, tell us with that one quality that the participant would want to imbibe from her, share the contest post and tag 5 friends.
** Retweet the Contest Tweets
** Ask your friends and family to like your comment entry.
** Use #KwalityMom in your comment entry/post

10. To participate in the Contest on Instagram, the Contestant is required to do the following activities:
** Follow Kwality on Instagram
** The participant has to upload a picture of them with their mother, tell us with that one quality that the participant would want to imbibe from her, share the contest post and tag 5 friends.
** Repost the post and tag 5 friends.
** Ask your friends and family to like your comment entry.
** Use #KwalityMom in your comment entry/post

11. Contest winners will be decided by the page manager of Kwality Facebook, Twitter and Instagram handles.
12. The winner will be contacted by the representatives of the Organizer through the contestant’s Facebook profile.

13. Notwithstanding anything stated herein, Organizer reserves the right to stop the Contest at any time and/or change, modifies, withdraw, or extend the Contest without any prior notice and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.

Kwality reserves the right to withdraw/change / modify the content and terms and conditions at its own discretion and without any prior notice and / or assigning any reason. Therefore, Contestant are advised to regularly check for any amendment(s) or update(s) of the terms and conditions at facebook.com/kwalityzindaginonstop/

14. The Organizer reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, and Indian residency at the given prize delivery address and incase of any misrepresentation the organizer shall cancel the winner declared. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Organizer.

15. Organizer at its own discretion can accept or reject any entries /Winner and no objection in this regard shall be entertained in any manner including inability to contact the Winner, incorrect phone number, incorrect email id, or incorrect address or failure to comply with the terms and conditions stated herein, etc.

16. If the winner cannot be approached on mobile number or email and no revert from the winner is received within seven (7) days after first attempted notification, Kwality may at its sole discretion give the winning prize to the next declared Winner and the original winner’s entitlement to the prize will not be entertained.

17. Decision of the Organizer will be final and binding with regard to the Contest and prizes and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
18. Prizes are not transferable and no cash payment in lieu of the prizes will be made.
19. This Contest cannot be clubbed with any of the contest/contests.
20. The contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi will apply exclusively.
