#SmartestThingsKidsSay Contest :

1. Under the Airtel #SmartestThingsKidsSay Contest, Airtel Mobile Subscribers in India (“Eligible Participants”) who wish to participate are encouraged to share the smartest thing their kids have ever said about smartphones.

The users have to share the same as a tweet by tagging Airtel India (@airtelindia) or in the comments section of the contest posts on Airtel India’s Facebook page.

2. (i) There will be 6 winners in total, taken from the entries on Facebook and Twitter. The decision of Airtel shall be final and binding. The Winner shall be eligible to receive online vouchers. Airtel will recreate/ illustrate the best 6 entries.

(ii) Airtel reserves the right to use the entries submitted by the users in the #SmartestThinsgsKidsSay contest on Facebook and Twitter for sharing/reposting further as content on social media platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram & Twitter or any other platform.

3. The Contest is open only to existing subscribers of Airtel’s mobile telephone services in India.
4. The Contest shall open on Wednesday, May 18, 2017 at 7:00 PM; and entries shall close on Wednesday, May 24th, 2017 at 11:59 PM. (‘Contest Period’).
5. The Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and there will be no cash alternative. The Winner shall be responsible for any additional, incidental expenses required to be incurred to avail the Prize.
6. Eligible Participants must post their entries along with the requisite tags within the Contest Period in order to be eligible to win the Prize.
7. The selection of Winner shall be final and binding on the Eligible Participants and no requests or claims for inquiry, inspection, review or questioning in any manner whatsoever shall be permissible.
8. These Terms and Conditions shall constitute an agreement between Airtel and each Eligible Participant and by posting your entry and tagging it as per requirements of the present Terms and Conditions as an Eligible Participant, you accept the same as binding upon you.
10. The Terms and Conditions of usage of Airtel services continue to be applicable to you as a subscriber.
11. Your access to and use of Twitter and Facebook shall be subject to their respective terms of use.
12. Airtel will be entitled to postpone, suspend, modify or cancel the Contest or any aspect thereof, at any time before or during the Contest with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, acts of God, force majeure, technical difficulties, or any other reasons beyond Airtel’s reasonable control.
