#QLEDTVTrivia Contest :

#QLEDTVTrivia (“the Contest”) is a contest launched by Samsung India Electronics Private Limited (“Samsung”), valid throughout India except in the states where prohibited by law.

The Contest will happen from 10 AM, 23rd May to 7 PM, 24th May, 2017 (referred to as “Contest Days”), and there shall be 4 winners who shall be selected based on the criteria given in the clauses here under.

General terms and conditions of the Contest:
The Contest is valid for Indian Citizens, (except for state of Tamil Nadu) who have attained the age of 18 years or above, except employees and family members of Samsung and its affiliate / associate / subsidiary companies and their suppliers, advertising agencies and event management companies (“Participant(s)”). Entries by person below age of 18 years shall be disqualified.

Terms & Conditions :
** For participating in the Contest, the Participant will be required to answer the questions asked on the Facebook / twitter handle of Samsung India, starting 10 AM onwards on 23rd May 2017 for each Contest day.
** The questions will be based on the information provided on the official India microsite of QLED TV.
** There shall be a total of four (04) winners in this Contest i.e. two winners for each of the Contest day.
** Participants with valid entries i.e. correct answer along with a hashtag being #QLEDTVTrivia will be shortlisted and a draw will be conducted through randomizer and two winners per day shall be selected.
** The draw shall be conducted by an authorised third party agency appointed by Samsung. The results shall be final and no claims shall be entertained in this regard.
** The winners shall be announced by Samsung or its authorized third party agency and uploaded on Samsung’s social media platforms i.e. Samsung India Facebook and Samsung India Twitter Pages on or by 2nd June 2017.
** The winners shall also be informed through an email.
** Each winner shall be eligible to receive a Samsung Soundbar (hereinafter called as “Prize”) from Samsung on submission of the relevant information detailed in below mentioned clauses.
** Winners shall bear all applicable taxes including but not limited to income (withholding) tax and any other statutory levy as may be applicable from time to time in relation to the Prize.
** The Winners are solely responsible for any other expense related to the acceptance of Prize and Samsung or its associate companies shall not in any manner be liable or responsible for the same.
** The applicable taxes (if any) will be informed to the winner through email and he/she shall be required to pay the same in the form of DD in the name of Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. payable at Gurgaon.
