Pokochan Special Pack Contest :

1. The MamyPoko Pants “Pokochan Special pack” contest is brought to you by Unicharm India Pvt Ltd and the contest starts April 2017 and will last till 31st July’2017.

2. Participation in this contest is optional and purely voluntary.
3. This Contest is open to all Indian residents across all age groups except employees and the family members of Organizers, its associate companies, its Advertising and Promotional Agencies and its Auditors.
4. In order to participate, the participant has to ‘Share a picture of their baby along with the “Pokochan Special Pack” on Mamypoko Facebook page visitor post section (www.facebook.com/mamypokopantsindia) with hastag “#Pokochanspecial” while uploading the picture in order to participate in the Contest. Uploading of the picture would not mean winning of the contest.
5. If one person wants to participate again, then he/she should share the picture as stated above along with the proof of purchase (Invoice)
6. All entries received between the Period (1st April2017- 31st July2017) will be judged by an independent panel of judges as constituted and deemed fit by the Organizers. The best picture as assessed by the Panel shall be declared winner and shall be eligible for gift.
7. While participating in the present contest, the Participant agrees and undertakes not to share any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or this Website or the social media platforms.
8. The winners shall be contacted by the Team of the Organizers for sharing of relevant information for delivery of the gift. All Participants participating in this Contest agree to provide such information relevant for this contest from time to time.
9. Organizers reserve the right to cancel, modify, extend or withdraw the Contest at its sole and absolute discretion as and when it may deem fit.
10. Decision of Organizers will be final and binding with regard to Contest and Gifts and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard whatsoever.
11. Organizers shall not be liable for any loss of Gift due to incorrect address or any other information provided by the winner and no communication shall be entertained in this regard.
12. Incomplete information (name/address/telephone, incorrect answers) will not be considered for the Gift.
13. By participating in this Contest the Participant is automatically agreeing in absolute sense to one and all of the mentioned terms and conditions.
14. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the court situated at Gurgaon, India exclusively.
