New Town Kolkata Photography Competition

1. Step One- one tree should be planted by participant in New Town, Kolkata area in the month of June 2017 and the applicant’s photograph with that of the plant should be send to info@wbhidco.in by 31.07.2017. In subject line, pleasewrite “NEW TOWN”.

2. Step two- In the month of December, 2017, participants will take photos with that plant with the applicant indicating the growth and send it to info@wbhidco.in by 31.12.2017. In subject line, please write “NEW TOWN”.

3. Step three – In the month of May, 2018, participants will take another photo with that plant with the applicant indicating the growth and send it to info@wbhidco.in by 31.05.2018
4. Images of not more than 10MB in size must be submitted online
5. Submitted images should be in JPEG format
6. Each participant can submit up to three (3) images each time.
7. Digital manipulation that distorts the reality of the images will not be allowed. Only basic enhancements such as sharpening, contrast adjustment, or simple cropping will be allowed.

8. Participants should submit following information along with their photo submission.
a) Name, b) address, c) Sex, d) Date of birth, e) contact no.
9 The organizer reserves the right to reject images with incomplete details.
10. All submitted images are non-returnable. The file name for each image should be clearly labelled with the participant’s name, and where the image was taken.
11. Each image submitted must be the original and unpublished work of the participant of which he must also be its copyright owner.
12. All participants who complete above three steps will get a certificate and a medal.
