Annual Competition :

Like every year this Ashrama is organising annual competition for school and college students from August 20 to August 27, 2017.

The competition will be consisting of many events like Recitation, Essay Competition, Speech Competition, Quiz competition, Music Competition, Sit & Draw and Pratibha khoj. For every event all the registered participants will be divided into group on the basis of their classes i.e. 3 and 4, 5 & 6, 7 & 8, 9 & 10 and 11 & above.

The registration for the competition will remain open till 12 August, 2017 evening. The students can register their respective name in their school itself. The registration forms have all ready been distributed to all the schools of Ranchi city.

However any individual students wants to register his or her name can down load the individual from of registration by clicking the below given link and after filling up the form he/she has to submit the form at Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Morabadi, Ranchi on or before 12 August, 2017.

It is requested to all the school to preferably download the Registration Form For School in .xlsx format for filling the names of the participants who will be participating in the competition. This will help us in a big way for finalizing the list of participants without much errors.

Please send us the the dully filled up form through e-mail (ranchi.morabadi@rkmm.org) latest by 12/08/2017.

In case the school don’t have facility to enter data in .xlsx format they may download the Registration Form For School in .pdf format and submit us latest by 12/08/2017.

Rules :
1. All Inter and school students are invited to participate in the above competitions.
2. Printed recitation passages and entry forms will be available in all the educational institutions of Ranchi and Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama Library.
3. For preparation of Essay/Speech/Quiz and recitation, competitors may consult Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama Library : Working hrs 8.00 to 11.30 a.m. & 3.30 to 7.00 p.m. (Thursday Closed)
4. Participants are allowed to participate in recitation in any one language only, other than Sanskrit.
5. No entries will be entertained after the last date i.e. 12th August 2016.
6. All entries to be submitted at the Ashrama Library/Office only.
7. For Sit & Draw competition, participants are required to bring their own drawing board & other drawing materials. Drawing paper will only be provided by the Ashrama.
8. For Music Competition, Harmonium & Tabla will be provided but no accompaniment will be provided.
