** This offer is valid from 12th July – 21st July, 2017 at participating / Shell authorized Hyundai workshops only
** In order to be eligible, Hyundai car owner must use Shell Helix Ultra AH for complete oil change during promotion period and retain the invoice. Offer is not valid on top-ups.
** All Hyundai car owners option for full oil change with Shell Helix Ultra AH at the participating authorized Hyundai workshop are only eligible to enter the lucky draw for an all-expense paid VIP trip to Tarragona, Spain to witness Hyundai & Shell live in action in October 2017
** The lucky draw will be conducted post the completion of the promotion in presence of senior Shell India Markets Pvt Ltd (SIMPL) and Hyundai Motors India Pvt Ltd (HMIL) management through data taken from Hyundai DMS system
** SIMPL and HMIL employees, employees or associates of Hyundai dealerships are not eligible to be a part of the promotion
** SIMPL reserves the right to extend this program in select markets only. This offer is not valid in the state of Tamil Nadu
** No part of the offer can be exchanged for cash discount or prizes
** In case the selected winner is not able to travel to Spain for any reason, the reward will automatically pass on to the next person on the waitlist as per the lucky draw results.
** SIMPL will not be liable to make any alternate arrangements to compensate the winner in such cases.
** The same includes cases in which individual’s visa is rejected by the embassy
** SIMPL reserves the right to amend modify or terminate the promotion at any time without any prior notice
** Any evidence of any misrepresentation on part of the contestants will lead to immediate disqualification from the promotion without any claims whatsoever
