TERMS & CONDITIONS OF “Monster Love what you do More” Contest :
1. Information on how to enter/participate in the contest and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.

2. The “Monster Love what you do More” Contest promotion is organised by Monster.com India and is valid for Participation in India only. Participation is only for Indian residents over 18 years of age. Employees of Monster.com India Private Limited (“Monster.com”), its affiliates, parent and associate organisation and their immediate families and relatives are ineligible to participate.

Only one entry per person is permitted. All duplicate and otherwise invalid entries will be cancelled prior to the prize draw and shall not be entertained. Automated entries, bulk non manual entries or third party entries shall be disqualified. Entries, which are offensive, defamatory or abusive, or are otherwise inappropriate, will not be eligible for the contest and shall be not entertained.

3. Period: The Monster “Love what you do More” Contest begins on October 1st 2015 and ends on October 14th 2015 at 11:59 PM (both dates inclusive) i.e. “submission period”/”promotion period”. All entries must be received on or before the time stated. Monster.com reserves the right to extend or shorten or cancel the contest at their sole discretion without stating any reason thereof.

4.Eligibility: How to Enter / Participate: Interested persons (individuals) may enter the contest through the page <lovewhatyoudo.monsterindia.com>. Participants must fill out all required fields on the entry form under the contest tab to be able to participate in the contest. Each Participant person shall only have one (1) entry per week. Entries, which are offensive, defamatory or abusive, or are otherwise inappropriate, will not be eligible and shall be not entertained. Incomplete, false and invalid entries shall be void and will not eligible and Monster.com’s decision shall be final and binding in this respect.

5. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the submission period. The winners will be announced weekly, on or before 8:00PM every Monday. Announcement and instructions for the claiming of prizes will be posted on the Monster.com India Facebook page and Twitter. Winners may also be contacted via email if needed.

Each Participant is responsible for monitoring the Monster.com Facebook page for the announcements and his or her e-mail account for the notification and receipt of other communications related to the contest. If a winner cannot be reached out/found by the Sponsor within ten (10) days from the sending of the e-mail notification, another winner will be selected from the eligible entries.

Winners will be asked to sign a Prize Acceptance Form upon receiving their prizes. If a winner fails to comply with these official rules, he or she will be disqualified. Prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received. 3 grand prize winners will be selected during the 3 weeks of the campaign, one winner per week and will receive one iPad Mini 3, (configuration 16GB, wifi) worth INR 26,500 each, The winner will be notified via email.

Cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize under any circumstances. The prizes are not transferable. The decision of the Monster.com shall be final & binding and no contrary correspondence will be considered in this regard.

6. Prize Details are as follows: 2 grand prize winners will be selected during the 2 weeks of the campaign, one winner per week and will receive one iPad Mini 3, (configuration 16GB, wifi) worth INR 26,500 each.

7. This prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other prizes under any circumstances.

8. In the event any of the aforesaid prizes unclaimed or not provided due to any reason, Monster.com may conduct further draws for selection of winners at its sole discretion for the said unclaimed prizes at the same time and place or otherwise decided by Monster.com. The decision of Monster.com shall be final and binding in this regard.

9. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take the prize within the time stipulated then that the prize will be forfeited by Monster.com.

10. All entries shall become the property of Monster.com India and will be entered into a database. Monster.com India may use the participants names, addresses, email and telephone numbers for future promotion, and will not sell or otherwise disclose any of these details on to a third party except as otherwise authorised to be used under the terms of use monsterindia.com/terms_of_use.html of website monsterindia.com

11. . Monster.com reserves the right to cancel, modify, extend or withdraw/cancel this promotion at its sole and absolute discretion. Monster.com, its authorised representatives or authorized agent(s) shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal or financial injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

By participating in this promotional event, participant agrees to be bound by all Terms and Conditions including terms of use monsterindia.com/terms_of_use.html of website monsterindia.com and the applicable laws and regulations in this regard. Participants agree to be bound by the decision of Company / Monster.com in the event of any conflict. All and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts of law in India only.
