FedEx Refer-a-friend Program 2015:
1. This program is valid from October 5, 2015-February 29, 2016.
2. Students can refer their friends or families to FedEx for updates about the FedEx Student.
3. Students that refer their friends/families to FedEx are responsible and accountable for sharing the potential lead information with FedEx.
4. The leads which have converted to actual Student offer shipments will be considered valid.
5. All students who have provided valid leads will be eligible to win FedEx branded merchandise.
6. FedEx will validate the leads submitted and will dispatch the reward to the eligible winner, the decision of FedEx will be final and binding for all concerned.
7. The rewards are non-transferable and no substitution, including cash, will be given for the referral program.
8. FedEx reserves the right to make the substitutions on account of non availability of the gift at the time of redemption without prior notifications.
9. Any existing, future taxes, charges or levies shall be borne by the customer.
10. Eligible participants will not hold FedEx responsible or liable for any actions claims, demands, losses, damages, costs charges and expenses that may be suffered, sustained or incurred by way of the FedEx referral program.
11. Winners shall be adjudged by an independent panel constituted by FedEx at their sole and absolute discretion and the same shall be final and binding and shall not be questioned by any participants in any manner whatsoever.
12. FedEx reserves the right to change/ modify or terminate the referral program anytime at its sole discretion and without giving any prior notice and without assigning any reasons.
13. Th offer cannot be clubbed with any other Promotion, offers, products at any point of time, unless specified.
14. The winner will have to produce an identification document to the satisfaction of FedEx at the time of receiving the reward . It could be PAN card, driving card or voter id.
