Eligibility Criteria For Contest:
The Contest is valid for all ‘Active GSM Prepaid & Postpaid Subscribers + LTE Active GSM Prepaid & Postpaid Subscribers (defined herein-below) of Reliance Communications Limited who must fulfill the following criteria during Contest period in order to be eligible for this Contest:

a. He/She should be above 18 years of age.
b. He/She must be citizen of India.
c. He/She must not have any criminal record nor should be of an unsound mind.
d. He/She must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restrained by any law of the land (e.g. – any court order(s) etc.) or prohibited from entering any contractual relationship;
e. Subscriber must belong to any of the Circles mentioned herein below;
f. Subscriber must not be a defaulter of Reliance on account of his/her mobile connection.

Note:
An active Prepaid & Postpaid Subscriber shall mean the Subscriber who uses the Subscriber Identity Module (“SIM”) on a regular basis for purposes other than to participate in this Contest or any other contest offered by One97 to active Subscribers of Reliance Communications Limited.

Participation:
This Contest is purely skill based and a Subscriber/Participant shall have to do the following –

1. Subscriber can participate in the Reliance BEAT THE HEAT Season 1 Contest through IVR (53030888), OBD, SMS (SUB BAARBAARJEETO to 53030) mode by subscribing the pack and play the Contest as an active user after he/she is informed of the Service.
2. On his /her consent and subsequent action for the subscription to the Service, the Participant is provided with questions and answers.
3. A Participant is provided with questions (as per question allotment criteria given in 4.2 clause) with 2 answer options each.
4. Once the Subscriber has answered the question, he/she will be taken to the next question whether the answer is wrong or right.
5. For every right answer the participant will get 10 points. There is no negative marking for a wrong answer.
6. If Subscriber stops playing the Contest after answering the nth question, then when He/She comes back on the same day or any day during the Contest period, He/She will be given the (n+1)th question
