Selfie Contest :

1. Employees of Dhulaiwala, Secure and Codelogicx or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

2. Eligibility for entering this competition is through Durga Darshan Ticket only.
3. Closing date for entry will be Sep 30, 2017. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
5. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
6. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
7. The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 25 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 15 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
8. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
9. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
10. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Dhulaiwala Durga Darshan and not to any other party.
11. By entering the competition each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

12. To be eligible to take part in the Contest, the Participants need to confirm to the following eligibility criteria:
a. an Individual.
b. legally eligible to enter into a contract.
c. must have a valid Dhulaiwala Durga Darshan Ticket.

Tickets:
1. Open to all.
2. All ticket prices for events are stated in Indian Money (INR).
3. No exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances and tickets are not transferable.
4. No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances except pursuant to conditions under Event Cancellation or Postponement.
5. This Ticket is valid for one person only.
6. Only infants in arms will be allowed admission without Ticket. Ticket will be required for all other children.
7. Lost or Damaged ticket would not be entertained at the venue.
8. Ticket once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
9. Ticket holders are eligible for only one Snacks Packet against each Ticket at any one of the Puja Lounge.
10. Lucky draw winners are required to contact Durga Darshan team within 7 days of notification for claiming the prize.

Dandiya / Movie Tickets :
1. Ticket holders can choose between Dandiya or Movie Ticket along with dates.
2. The choice of Dandiya/Movie Venue, date and its timing need to be stated in ‘Booking Sheet’ at the selling counter (for offline tickets). For Online Tickets, the choice need to be stated in the online ‘Booking sheet’ and need to be submitted by clicking ‘Submit’ button.
3. Dandiya or Movie Ticket SMS confirmation will be provided to Ticket holder within 7 days of Ticket purchase. Ticket can be collected from Dandiya/Movie venue on selected date.
4. We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior at the venue to pick up your physical tickets.
5. Any query relatedto Dandiya or Movie Ticket can be resolved through our website within 3 days of our confirmation mail.

Refreshment Coupon :
1. Ticket holder is eligible for only one Refreshment Packet against each Ticket. Refreshment Packet can be collected from any one Lounge.

Walking Lounge :
1. Waiting Area in the Lounge is 3 minutes
2. Lounge facility will be subject to traffic
3. Outside Food consumption not allowed inside the Lounge

Bus Service :
1. The Bus Route and timings will be followed as per Traffic rules during During Puja.

Puja Pandals :
1. We will not be responsible for any ceorse or mishapping happened at puja venue due to unavoidable circumstances, natural calamities or police restrictions.
