Terms and Conditions :
** The Contest is open to all Indians from India or abroad.
** Only one entry shall be permitted per individual or organization.
** All entries must be submitted to the creative corner section of mp.mygov.in. Entries submitted through any other medium/ mode will not be considered for evaluation.
** The winning design of logo(s) would be the intellectual property of ‘Wildlife Wing of Madhya Pradesh Forest Department’
** The winner(s) cannot exercise any right over it, after the acceptance of the prize.
** The prize winning logo(s) is/can be used by ‘Wildlife Wing of Madhya Pradesh Forest Department’ for promotional and display purposes at freewill at any platform including but not limited to satellite, terrestrial, cable or digitals platform.
** ‘Wildlife Wing of Madhya Pradesh Forest Department’ will have unfettered right to modify the prize winning logo(s) and add or delete any information or design feature in any form to it.
** Plagiarism of any nature would not be allowed.
** The logo design must be original and should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
** The Logo should be usable on the website/social media such as Twitter/ Facebook and on printed materials such as b/w press releases, stationery and signage, labels etc.
** Anyone found infringing on others’ copyright would be disqualified from the competition.

** Participant(s) is/are required to ensure that his/her mp.mygov.in profile is accurate and updated since ‘Wildlife Wing of Madhya Pradesh Forest Department’ would be using this for further communication. This includes details such as name, photo and phone number. Entries with incomplete profiles will not be considered.

** By registering for participation in the Contest, the Participant(s) warrant that:
a) They have complied with the Entry conditions;
b) Their entries are original;
c) Their entry does not infringe any Intellectual Property Rights of any third party.

** ‘Wildlife Wing of MP Forest Department’ reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of this Contest and/ or Terms and Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria.

However, any changes to the Terms and Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria, or the cancellation of the Contest, will be updated/ posted on the mp.mygov.in platform. It would be the responsibility of the participants to keep them informed to any changes in the Terms and Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria stated for this Contest.

Technical Parameters :
** Participants should upload the Logo in JPEG/ JPG/ PNG/ SVG format only.
** The Logo should be designed on a digital platform. The winner of the competition shall be required to submit the design in an editable and open file format. Participants should ensure that original designs are submitted.
** Logo should be designed in color. The size of the logo may vary from 5cm*5cm to 60cm*60cm in either portrait or landscape.
** The Logo should be in high resolution with minimum 300 DPI.

Evaluation Criteria :
** All the entries received by ‘Wildlife Wing of Madhya Pradesh Forest Department’ would be scrutinized for awards by a selection Committee.
** Entries would be judged on the basis of elements of creativity, originality, composition, technical excellence, simplicity, artistic merit and visual impact and how well they communicate the vision of ‘Wildlife Wing of Madhya Pradesh Forest Department’.
** The decision of the Selection Committee would be final and binding on all the contestants and no clarifications would be issued to any participants or on any decision of the Selection Committee.
** Any legal proceedings arising out of the competition/ its entries/ winners shall be subject to local jurisdiction of Madhya Pradesh State only.
