Terms & Conditions

1. Topps Slam Attax Trading Card Game scratch and win program is a limited period offer (“Offer”) valid from August 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018 both days inclusive (“Offer Period”), organized by Topps India Sports & Entertainment Company Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its office at Address-Unit no: 104, 1st floor, B – wing, 36-B Turner building, Turner Road, Bandra-West, Mumbai-400050

2. The Offer is open to citizens of India resident in India only. Citizens of foreign countries residing in India and non-resident Indians are not eligible to participate in this offer.
3. The terms and conditions contained herein and the terms of offer announcement (Hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) apply to this Offer.

4. This Offer is limited and available to consumers buying Topps Slam Attax 2017/18 products, including Slam Attax 17/18 Flow Pack of Rs 15 , Slam Attax 2017/18 Multipack of Rs 99, Slam Attax 2017/18, Starter Game Pack of Rs.299, Slam Attax 2017/18 Tumbler pack of Rs. 499, Slam Attax 2017/18 Card Bank 599/-, Slam Attax 2017/18 Carry Box of Rs 999/- (“Products”), during the offer Period only.

5. The method to win prizes is by way of scratch coupon included in the Slam Attax 2017/18 Products. These scratch coupon are paper coupons with questions included in every 1:5 packet of the flow pack and 5 coupons in carry box and 1:2 packet of multipack Slam Attax 2017/18 products by Topps India.

If a person finds the scratch coupon in the Product he/she has purchased, then he/she can participate in the Offer. On receiving the coupon the participant have to scratch off the correct answer of the given question (question would be related to WWE only).

6. Over and above, if the participant correctly answers questions using their skill, such successful participant will have chances to win exciting prizes (the details of which are specified in the “prize grid” below). The winners (won in the draws) could collect their instant redemption prize which is one Slam Attax 17/18 Flow Pack of Rs 15 from nearby participating stores selling SA 2017/18 Trading Cards.

7. It is hereby clarified that there are no separate charges for the scratch and win coupon. The coupon is associated with a prize, which could be any one of the items specified in the “prize grid” herein below.

8. If a person finds the “lucky coupon” in the Product he/she has purchased, then he/she can participate in the Offer. If the participant is 18 years of age or below during the Offer Period, then he/she can only participate in this Offer through his/her parent or legal guardian and with the explicit consent of such parent or the legal guardian.

Topps India shall not be responsible for any consequences in the event of a minor participating in this Offer without the prior consent of his/her parent or legal guardian.

9. Scratch coupon is MUST for redemption of prizes. Winners have to submit the scratch coupon at the store while collecting the prize. Without the coupon the prize will not be handed over. As per the prize grid if the participant has won one Slam Attax Packet (Rs. 15) then they need to collect it from the nearby participating stores selling Slam Attax 2017/18 Trading Cards.
