Contest Period

Procter & Gamble Home Products Limited (hereinafter collectively referred to as “P&G”) is introducing a Contest (Reward Me Diwali – Contest), from 16th Oct 2017 to 30th Oct 2017, as mentioned herein below.

1. This contest will run from 16th Oct 2017 to 30th Oct 2017.
2. The contest would be open from 16th Oct at 11:00:00 IST to 30th Oct 2017 at 15:00:00 IST.
3. Only Indian Nationals, residing in India, who are above 18 years of age, can participate in the Contest.

4. Purchase of any P&G products is not a condition precedent to participate in the Contest.
5. One can participate in this Contest by Registering on rewardme.in.
6. For participating in the contest ‘Reward Me Diwali Contest’, individuals need to answer all questions.
7. P&G reserves the right to open the Activity through other media including but not limited to TV, print, other electronic media (e.g. Twitter).
8. A person sending a valid entry in the aforesaid manner shall hereinafter be referred to as “the Participant”.

Prizes

9. P&G makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the prize, which is a Voucher worth INR 2000/-.
10. P&G shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be incurred, or for any personal injury that may be suffered as a result of using the prize.
11. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. The Prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. No cash claim whatsoever can be made in lieu of the prize.
12. The Prize is subject to change without prior notice.
13. P&G may in its absolute discretion curtail or extend the Contest Period, as it deems necessary.
14. 5 winners, for the duration of the contest, will be entitled to a Voucher worth INR 2000/- each, chosen by lucky draw from the pool of participants who answers all the questions correctly.
15. P&G reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the chosen winners by calling and/or by other means.
16. P&G will have the sole right to disqualify any participant if the entry is found to be spurious without intimating the user.
17. P&G will announce the names of the winners based on a lucky draw from the pool of participants who answer all the questions correctly. 5 participants will stand a chance to win a Voucher worth INR 2000/-.
18. 5 Winners each will be announced on 10th Nov, 2017.
19. If a complaint of not receiving the prize is posted, it will be valid only 8 weeks after the contest has ended
20. The decision of P&G shall be final and the Participants shall accept the decision as a binding one and in no event challenge the same.

21. The winners will be contacted on their mobile number and/ or email addresses provided by them on the Reward Me page. In case any winner does not respond within the prescribed time limit then his/ her opportunity to win the prize shall stand forfeited and an alternative winner will be chosen.

Terms & Conditions

22. Mere participation should not be perceived as any commitment on the part of the P&G to select a participant as the winner. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by P&G to conduct further, similar or other offers in future.

23. P&G accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected submissions made by the Participants, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure, virus attack, unauthorized data hacking, data corruption, software or hardware failure or any other cause whatsoever.

24. P&G would not be liable or held responsible for any lack or lapse in any communication on account of failure or delay by any of the Internet, Telecom and E-mails service provider. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
25. The entries submitted by the Participants shall become the property of P&G and P&G shall have the right to use the entries of winners in any manner whatsoever, without paying any compensation and/or consideration to the respective winners.
26. The contact details captured by the Facebook application will be maintained by P&G and will be used by P&G for communicating the promotional messages.
27. Participants agree to authorize P&G to send voice messages and SMS alerts/email messages including promotional messages to their telephone number or email id, through which they have participated in this Contest.
28. Employees of the P&G, its affiliates, its holding company and their family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

29. The Participant hereby gives consent to P&G to use the shared stories on rewardme.in and in any form across different digital platforms.

On submission of an entry for this Contest, every Participant agrees to consent to use the said submission across properties like print, Facebook wall / Facebook pages, galleries on Facebook for P&G’s marketing activities as P&G may deem fit in its sole discretion and also undertakes to do any and/or all acts, deeds, matter or things and further execute any and all documents in such manner as may be required by P&G in its sole and absolute discretion.

30. P&G shall be at liberty to use the photographs, voice, motion pictures of the winner for media coverage, advertisement or publicity in any form which is existing today or will be known anytime in the future without any consideration to the Winners.
