These Terms and Conditions are upheld between Unibic Cookies India Private Limited (including its affiliates, holding & subsidiary companies) (individually and collectively be known as Unibic Cookies India) and all registered users (You) at facebook.com/Unibic (Site) who enter ‘#UnibicTrickOrTreat Contest’ (Contest).

By commenting on the post, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Winning Criterion & Reward:
1) Users participating in the contest shall be eligible to win Unibic Cookie Hampers as mentioned in the contest post.

2) The winners will be selected by Unibic Cookies. We will choose winners and no correspondence will be entertained regarding the final decision, which shall be at the sole discretion of Unibic Cookies. The winners are obliged to provide their legitimate contact details within 5 days of the winner’s announcement.

If Unibic Cookies India is not able to contact the winner by midnight, five days after Unibic Cookies first attempted notification, Unibic Cookies India reserves the right to select an alternative winner and the original winner’s entitlement to the prize will lapse.

3) Unibic Cookies India or the administrator of this contest would undertake reasonable efforts to deliver the prize (which will be free of any shipment charges) within 45 days from the date of declaration of results, but this is subject to variation by the suppliers of the prize. Unibic Cookies India or the administrator shall not be liable or held accountable for any delay in delivery of the prize.

4) Unibic Cookies India or the administrator shall not obtain any shipment / delivery related insurance for delivery of the prizes. The winner shall assume the risk of damage, destruction or loss of prizes during transit.

5) All product and service related issues/warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer of the prize item. Unibic Cookies India is neither responsible nor guarantees the quality of the prize items, nor it is liable for any defect or deficiency or shortcoming or any risk associated with the prize items.
