This Bournvita Biscuits Maze contest (“Contest”) is brought to you by Mondelez India (“Brand”) and made available by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”/ “Amazon”) on the mobile application of amazon.in. Please read these terms and conditions before participating in the Contest.

You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs and any other terms and conditions that may be imposed by the Brand in relation to the Prize (as defined hereinafter). You acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

These T&Cs are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale to which you agree by using Amazon.in. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale are inconsistent with these T&Cs; these T&Cs will prevail with respect to this Contest only.

Notwithstanding anything contained herein, we may revoke these T&Cs from Amazon.in at any time without any prior notice. For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.

ELIGIBILITY:
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.
This Contest is not available in the state of Tamil Nadu in view of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act, 1979 in case a participant wishes to claim Prize 2 (as defined below).

Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/Contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

DETAILS OF THE CONTEST AND HOW TO ENTER:
1. This Contest will commence from 16th November, 2017 at 00:00:01 P.M. (IST) and end on 16th November, 2017 at 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) (“Contest Period”).
2. In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period you must solve the maze available at amazon.in/b?node=14327137031.
3. Amongst all participants who solve a maze correctly, 20 participants will be selected by a random draw of lots to be eligible to receive Amazon Pay Balance worth INR 5000 (“Prize 1”) from the Brand.

4. Further, amongst all participants who solve a maze correctly AND purchase the ‘Bournvita Biscuits Tiffin pack’ product (“Product”) listed on Amazon.in by third party sellers, 10 participants will be selected by a random draw of lots to be eligible to receive a Kindle Ebook reader from the Brand (“Prize 2”) provided that the eligible participant’s order for such Product should not have been cancelled or the Product should not be returned or refunded.

5. Prize 1 and Prize 2 are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Prize”.

6. Prize 1 will be credited in the Amazon.in Amazon Pay Balance account of the winners on or before 10th December, 2017. For Prize 2, once the winners are selected, he/ she will be sent the contact details of the Brand that may be used to claim Prize 2 from the Brand. In the event the winner fails to claim Prize 2 within the stipulated time line, another winner may be chosen in accordance with the process set forth in these T&Cs.

MAILING LIST:
By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

OTHER CONTESTS:
Please note that we/ the Brand may be running similar Contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit awarded in any other promotion/ Contest unless you enter each promotion/ Contest separately.

PRIZES:
There is a total of 30 Prizes to be given to the 20 participants who are declared winners of Prize 1 and to the 10 participants declared winners of Prize 2 at the end of the Contest Period. Amazon Pay Balance provided to eligible participants under this Contest will be issued in the form of Amazon Gift Cards issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited and can be redeemed on eligible products on Amazon.in subject to terms and conditions.

ODDS OF WINNING:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘Details of the Contest and the How to Enter’ section above.

PRIZE SELECTION:
The selection of the winners of the Contest will be aggregated at the end of the Contest Period. We will notify the selected participants by e-mail following the selection, and they will be required to share a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport.

A PAN card copy is mandatory for prizes worth INR 10,000 or more. The selected participants will automatically forfeit their claim to the Prize if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs. Each Prize will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied.

There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. However, in circumstances beyond the control of the Brand, the Brand may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value in our sole discretion.

If any selected participant does not respond back to any communications sent in relation to the Contest within the time period communicated by Amazon, or answers the Contest question incorrectly, he/she shall not be eligible to be declared winner of the Prize.

The selected participant will also be required to prove his/her age, failing which he/she will be disqualified from the Contest. In such cases, another participant will be selected by the Brand at its sole discretion.

By participating in this Contest, you hereby acknowledge that the Prize is provided by the Brand and Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Contest and/ or the Prize awarded hereunder or any information thereof.
