GV Mavlankar Shooting Championship:

Shooters who have scored a minimum of 50% in any of the recognized competition in any small bore event or 30% in any previous big bore competition conducted by the NRAI are eligible to participate in the 25th AIGVMSC

Shooters must wear proper MRA approved ‘Sport Uniform

Shooters Declaration Cum Undertaking:

** I understand that I will be participating in the 25th GVM/ 59th NSCC – Big Bore event from Maharashtra and will conduct myself in a manner of highest discipline and sportsman spirit. My behavior on and off the field at the competition site and the travel thereof shall be of utmost discipline.

** That If I intend to use any of the MRA’s match weapons at the event, I must complete all requisite formalities in writing well in advance ( at least 7 days) by personally visiting MRA’s office at Mumbai failing which I will not be allowed to use MRA’s weapon in the competition.

** That I shall inform MRA office my travel plan in detail intimating train / flight no., time of departure, time of arrival at venue, hotel name and address + telephone number and mobile number. It is my responsibility to keep the manager informed of change, if any.

** I understand that it is MRA’s policy to give priority to higher ranking shooter to choose detail & lane numbers, however, manager has the discretion to relax this policy. Allotment of details and lanes is done at the Managers meeting which normally takes place in the evening every day at the competition venue. I undertake to attend all such meetings and obtain detail number and lane number which are allotted to me in writing by the Manager and / or Dy. Manager(s) on my competitor card.

** Maharashtra State unless and until he has been allotted that particular lane and detail number in writing by the manager on shooters competitor card. I undertake to occupy only the lane and detail which is allotted to me with endorsement of such allotment on my competitor card.

** I understand that team entries are to be submitted one day before the beginning of particular event. I must be physically present in town and must appear before the manager before 3pm failing which my name will be removed from the team entry and team will be formed with next ranking shooter who is physically present and available at the competition site.

** I will be present for and dressed in the tracksuit issued by MRA for all prize distribution ceremonies WITHOUT FAIL and will accept my medals personally. In case I am unable to do so for reasons beyond my control – I will take prior permission from the manager justifying my absence from the victory ceremony. Absence of medal winners at the time of victory ceremony is viewed as very serious indiscipline act and shooter is liable for serious disciplinary action.

** During competition I will conduct myself in accordance with the ISSF / NRAI rules. I will not in any way use any unfair means to increase my scores. I understand that in the case that I am found guilty of cheating/using unfair means I will accept the verdict of the NRAI and / or MRA.
** In the event of breach of any of the above conditions, I am liable for the disciplinary action and the decision taken by the Manager on the spot, in this regard shall be final and binding upon me which will not be challenged by me.

Note :
1. Please attach copy of the NRAI ID card
2. Shooters who have applied for NRAI ID card but have not received the same: must attach one passport size photograph, with name and state written at the back of the photograph and birth certificate for junior & youth category.
3. Shooter must fill the entry form in his own handwriting. Incomplete entry forms will not be accepted and shall be rejected. Shooters furnishing incorrect information /statement/ declaration shall be debarred from taking part in any Championships for a period of 2 years
