Photography Competition :

“Simply Heaven Photography Competition” is a 7 days exclusive photography competition hosted by our website in association with Uttarakhand Tourism to capture International Paragliding Competition happening at Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand and an opportunity to win cash prize of Rs 30,000.

Simply Heaven Photography Competition is divided into two rounds.
Online Round – Anyone with Photography skills can participate in the competition.
Live Round – Top 7 winners (T&C) of the Online Round will be eligible for Live Round.

End Date : 12-Mar-2016
Age Group : Any one

Rules :
1. Entry to the competition is free.
2. Participants can participate in any number of themes as per their choice.
3. No restrictions on the number of photos that can be uploaded by the participants.
4. All digital files must be of 5 Megabytes or smaller and must be in JPEG, JPG, GIF or PNG format.
5. Winner of the competition will be selected as per the Winning Criteria of the Competition (Refer Rules and Regulations).
6. Whatsurskill retains non-exclusive rights of all the images uploaded in the competition which can be used in the future for marketing and other purpose.
7. Participants retain the ownership right of the images uploaded in the competition and he should have the exclusive rights with them. If the participants is uploading image on behalf of another person, he should hold the permission from that person to do so.
8. Winners will be announced on or before 13th March 2016.
9. Whatsurskill reserve the right to include any additional round/level, theme/feature such as a wild card entry, viewer’s choice, public demand, etc. in the competition and the competition may increase or decrease the number of rounds/levels/days at anytime at the sole discretion and the participant shall not have any right to object against the same and any such changes shall be deemed to be binding on all the participants.
10. If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, on the Website and/or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition, the Organizers reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who may be responsible or who tampers with the entry /competitionprocess, and to cancel, modify or terminate the competitionor any part of the Audition. Further, the Organizers reserve the right to take legal action against such Participant who has committed a breach under the Cyber laws (Information Technology Act, 2000 and all its amendments thereof) and/or any other laws as may be applicable from time to time and the Organizers shall be entitled to such remedies in law as applicable.
11. The Organizers shall not be held responsible in the case of a server shut-down or loss of Participant’s entry/data.
12. The cost of travel for attending the “Live Round” at Piithoragarh in Uttarakhand shall be borne solely by the selected participants and Whatsurskill shall not be liable for the same.
13. Whatsurskill shall not stand responsible for any delay in distributing of prizes/goodies provided by other organizations.
14. Whatsurskill have all the rights to change / alter / tailoring / incorporate any existing or new Terms and Conditions.
15. Whatsurskill along with Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board will retain Exclusive Rights for all the images clicked during the Live Round of the Competition.
16. Photos uploaded in the competition should not contain any watermark. Images with watermark will not be eligible for judges rating.

Prize :

Cash Prize of Rs.30,000/- to the winner of the Competition.
The top 7 participants of the online round will get a chance to capture International Paragliding Competition in Pithoragarh to perform Live from March 16, 2016 to March 18, 2016.
All accommodation and fooding for the Live Round participants will be arranged by Uttarakhand Tourism Board.
