Try & Buy For Women’s Day @ Retail Store :

Objective:
To Pilot the selling of Value Added Services via the Retail Channel. To begin with – a Try and Buy concept is being introduced with products of relevance to Women’s day.

Retail Outlets:
All 701 Vodafone Stores Pan India will be engaging in this activity. Vodafone Mini Stores will not be participating.

Activity Duration:
Thank You Cards will be offered to customers on 7th and 8th March’16. Customers will have to call the number 123XX to select their free Trial product between 7th – 10th March’16.

Customer Process:
** Customers Visits the Store will be offered a Women’s Day Special Gift Card with the Free Trial Offer upon completion of their basic query/complaint.
** The card will have the thank you message with the list of services – Choose any one service FREE for 30 days.
** The agent can further help the customer understand these services and help her call the number 123XX (12332 for Mum & AP circles. 12359 for all other circles)
** Then customer calls the number she will be presented with the list of Free Trial services available for activation. (6 services will appear with an option to select any one)
** Customer selects the service and the request gets activated within 30 mins

Terms and Conditions:
1. This offer is valid from 7th March till 10th March’16. To choose your free service follow the process specified on the card.
2. You can choose only ANY ONE offer from the list of offers given & once activated; the offer cannot be changed or cancelled.
3. The Validity of the offer will be for 30 day period from the day of activation after which it will get de-activated, if not extended on a chargeable basis.
4. Post the FREE period in case you wish to continue the service on a chargeable basis, you will need to provide your consent for activation.
5. This offer cannot be en-cashed
6. The offer is extended by Vodafone India Ltd. and is on sole discretion of the company to alter / withdraw it at any time.
