Terms And Conditions For Getready4Cricket Contest:
1. These terms and conditions govern the conduct of this Contest (“Contest”), under the campaigning activity namely, “GETREADY4CRICKET” is brought to you by Dish TV India Ltd. (“Organizer”).
2. This Contest is open to all Indian citizens of 18 years of age or more residing in India except the employees and the family members of the Organizer, its associate companies, its trade partners, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors / executing agencies and their associate companies (“Participant”). Minors are not allowed to participate in this Contest.
3. By participating in this Contest, the participant agrees to accept the Terms and Conditions of the Contest.
4. No purchase is required to participate in this Contest. Participation is voluntary.

5. To participate in the Contest, the participant needs to do the following:
a) Visit the link of the organizer namely, GETREADY4CRICKET” as appearing in various digital platform and enter his/her details, full name, complete address, contact number, email address and such other details as required under the said link.
b) Shareviews regarding his/her preparation for the upcoming cricket event and submitting the same in the link provided by the organizer to make him/her eligible for a lucky draw to be organized by the organizer.
c) From all the entries made in respect of the above activity, on the basis of their eligibility, the Organizer shall conduct a Lucky Draw to determine 1 (one) lucky Winner who shall be entitled for 42’’ LED TV (Prize).
d) Multiple entries shall not be accepted.
e) Entries filled with incorrect details shall not qualify for the lucky draw.

6. By participating in the Contest, each Participant assigns all intellectual property rights in and to such entries, including without limitation copyright therein, to the Organizer. All entries, including copyright and all other intellectual property rights therein, shall become the sole and exclusive property of Organizer.

The Participants grant to the Organizer a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, print, display, reproduce, modify, publish, post, transmit and distribute the entries submitted, in any manner it deems fit, including for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, without reference or compensation to participants and/or Winners.

7. The distribution of Prize shall be at the sole discretion of the Organizer. Organizer may substitute or change prize offered under the Contest at any time without notice. The Winner shall not be entitled to substitute the Prize for other item(s) or exchange for cash. Prize shall be non-transferable.

8. Winner shall be declared on the Organizer’s Facebook and Twitter page, however, the Organizer will send an official mail to the winner on the email ID submitted by the participant, seeking personal information viz. contact address, identity proof, pan card details, phone number, etc. Identification considered suitable for verification.

9. By participating in the draw, each Participant agrees that Participant’s name, address, telephone numbers, e-mail identities or any other information that is provided by the Participant (“Personal Information”) may be shared by the Organizer with others associated with and/or assisting in organizing and administering the draw, and to send to the Participant promotional information pertaining to the Organizer, in future.

10. The cost of delivery of the Prize will be borne by the Organizer. All taxes, levies and duties due and owing under applicable and statutory laws in connection with all Prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
11. Organizer shall not be liable for any damage/loss/non-delivery of the Prize due to incorrect address or any other incorrect information provided by the Winner or if the Prize is not delivered to the Winner despite the Organizer has validly sent the same through registered courier.
