MTV Roadies X4 Weekly Contest Terms & Conditions:

1. This Contest is organized by Viacom18 Media Private Limited (“Organizers”).

Open to all (“Participants”) for participation:
a) citizens of India;
b) who are above 18 (Eighteen) years of age;
c) are viewers of the channel “MTV” (“Channel”); and
d) who are mobile/landline subscribers of Airtel, Vodafone, Aircel, Idea, BSNL, MTNL Mumbai, Reliance, Loop and Tata (“Service Providers”).

2. Contest details:
a. To participate in the Contest, a Participant needs to watch “MTV Roadies X4” every Saturday between 7 pm to 8 pm(“Program”) on the Channel during the Contest Period and answer the question of the week correctly from the multiple options that shall be provided on the Channel during the Contest Period (as defined hereinafter) as per methods provided herein below.

b. This is a weekly contest and questions will be based on the Episode of that particular week. Every Week questions will differ and every week Winners shall be selected based on correct answers received first for that week during the Contest Period and shall be declared on the Winner Announcement Date (as defined hereinafter).

3. Modes of Participation:
The Participant can answer the questions in one of the following methods:
i. Via SMS, by sending an SMS RX4 <space> Option A or <space> Option B or <space> Option C or <space> Option D and Your Name to 56882 through their respective mobile Service Providers.

4. Contest Period:
a. This being a weekly contest, each weeks contest shall begin on a Saturday immediately after first broadcast of the episode of the Program for that particular week and shall conclude on consequent Thursday at 6 pm.
b. Any entries received after the Contest Period shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the Contest.
c. Such weekly contest shall commence from 12th March 2016 and shall conclude on 4th June 2o16 (comprising of approximately 18 weekly contest) or on such date and time as decided by the Organizer (“Contest Period”).
d. Winners for each weeks contest shall be announced on consequent Saturday of such weeks contest (“Winner Announcement Day”).

5. Selection of Winners:
** The Organizers shall select 3 (Three) Participants on most creative entries and based on the quality of the entries received during the Contest Period as per the Challenge No.8 of the Contest (“Winners”). The Winner shall be announced on 19th March 2016 or such other date as may be determined and informed by the Organizer.

** On each consequent Saturday of weekly contest commencement date, or such other date as may be decided by the Organizer, the Organizers shall select 3 (three) Participants who have sent correct answers on first come basis in priority as the winners of the Contest (“Winners”) and such Winners shall be eligible for gratifications as detailed below.

** The Participant to send correct answer first shall be announced as “Grand Winner” and shall be eligible for a grand prize. A participant may participate each week and stand chance to win every week subject to compliance of terms and conditions.

6. Gratification Details:
The Winners declared by the Organizers and Viacom18 would be entitled to win the prizes as below:
** For the sake of clarity, it is understood that each such Winner shall be entitle to only 1 (one) prize which shall be given to the Winner subject to the terms and conditions mentioned herein and at sole discretion of the Organiser.
** Organizer takes no responsibility, liability or any other expenses for the Winners.
** Prizes shall be distributed within 30 (thirty) working days of Winner Announcement Day subject to compliance of terms and conditions here and all instructions of Organiser from time to time.
