Contest Details:
1. The Contest begins on March 11, 2016, 8:00AM IST and ends on March 22, 2016, 00:00 AM IST (the “Contest Period”).
2. Your must record your Vote within the Contest period by first registering and creating your account on nearbuy and then voting for your favourite superhero on the site.
3. Only one Vote per person shall be considered for Contest, i.e: “One person, One Vote”.

Restrictions:
1. You must be at least 18 years of age or above and must be an Indian Resident. By entering into this Contest, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We may require the winner to provide proof of Identity and proof of age. Determination of suitability of your Identification & Address Proof for the purpose of verification is at our discretion.

2. Only an individual Entrant must make entry submission; automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of entries (including but not limited to Entries made using any script, macro, bot or Contest service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related email or IP addresses or nearbuy accounts may be blocked.

3. The individual Entrant must have a valid registered email address. nearbuy at its sole discretion may determine the validity of an email address and such decision shall be considered as final.
4. Use of a false name or address or Email address will result in disqualification.

Winners & Grand Prize Winner:

1. Out of all the entries, the Superhero getting the maximum Votes shall be determined as the “Winning Superhero”. There may be an automated real time counter determining the number of Votes for each Superhero at the nearbuy Platform that shall allow no manual intervention in such count for either of the Superhero.

2. All the Entrants who would have voted for the ‘Winning hero’ shall be the “Eligible Entrants” for the purposes of determination of “100 Winners” & “50 Grand Prize Winners”.

3. These 100 Winners and 50 Grand Prize Winners shall be selected in a random drawing from amongst all ‘Eligible Entrants’ and shall be contacted by phone/email on March 22, 2016. nearbuy jury shall make the random draw and their decision shall be conclusive and binding for the purpose of the Contest.

Grand Prize:
There shall be 15 Grand Prize Winners who shall get Free Tickets to the movie Premier in Mumbai.

Other Prize/s:
Other Winners might get a chance to win any one or more of the following Prizes basis the random draw from the Eligible Entrants
