NDTV Loreal Vote & Win Contest

1. The terms and conditions contained herein (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) apply to the contest conducted by New Delhi Television Limited (“NDTV/ Organizer”) called Vote and Win (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”).

2. The Contest is being conducted by the Organizer through the website ndtv.com/womenofworth (“Website”).
3. Your participation in the Contest will be construed as an acceptance of the Terms. If you do not agree to any of the Terms you should not participate in the Contest. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time.

4. The Contest will commence on 9th March, 2016 and shall end on 19th March, 2016.
5. The Contest is open to Indian Citizens residing within the geographical territory of India only.
6. Employees of NDTV & its subsidiaries/group companies as well as those companies & their subsidiaries sponsoring the Contest/Contest prizes and their families are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

Rules Of Participation:
1. The participants will be required to vote for the Women of Worth Nominees and one lucky winner wins an iPad everyday.
2. The participants would need to register through their email ID on the Contest page. The email IDs used for registration should be actual users. Fake accounts will not be eligible for participation.
3. In case the email ID used is of a friend/family, the participant is deemed to have received the consent of the user whose email ID is being used. In case of any dispute, the Organizer holds the right to choose another winner.
4. Multiple entries per participant are allowed.
5. One lucky winner will be chosen each day from the entries received on the Website through the Contest page.
6. The winners shall be selected randomly by the Organizer’s Jury, at their sole discretion.
7. By accepting the Contest prize, the winners agree to be responsible for all applicable taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.
8. All prizes are non-transferable to a third party and are not exchangeable for cash consideration.
9. Winners will be intimated via the email ID used for submitting the entries. The intimation will be done thrice over a period of 20 days. In case, there is no response from the winner, the Organizer has the right to choose another winner from the Contest entries.
10. The prize will be dispatched after 7 days of announcing all the winners.
11. The Organizer retains the discretion to amend the terms of this contest without any prior intimation.
12. The Organizer is not responsible for any liability or guarantee arising out of the use of the awarded prize
