PyaarKiSelfie Contest :

Star India Private Limited (“STAR /Company”) has organized an initiative titled “Dahleez #PyaarKiSelfie Music Video Contest” which is connected with the program titled ‘Dahleez’ (‘Program’) to be telecast on Star Plus channel (“Channel”), a network channel of the Company.

As part of the Contest, Star wishes to invite bona fide viewers (“Participants”) to submit a total of 8 (eight) selfies comprising of them with their fiancée(s)/spouses /girlfriend/boyfriend based on the Process in jpeg format on dahleez.hotstar.com.(“Platform”) as per the terms and conditions more particularly stated therein (‘Content”).

For the avoidance of doubt, the Privacy Policy which is available at startv.com/contesttnc.htm( shall govern all usage of any personal information gathered under or pursuant to this Contest by the Company. The decisions of the Company for all matters relating to the Contest and the Process shall be final and binding in all respects.

Principle Rules:
1. All Entries( as defined below) need to be submitted within the period commencing on March 12th,2016, 11.59 PM (“Start Date”)_and ending on March 25th,2016, 11.59 PM (“End Date”) ( hereinafter referred to as “Period”). The Company can promote the Contest across all social media platforms .

Any Entry including the Content submitted before the Star Date and beyond the End Date will be disqualified. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant (s) to check the Rules and Regulations for the Contest on the Platform from time to time. STAR also reserves the right to cancel and/or postpone the Contest without any prior intimation to the Participant (s).

2. For the purpose of this Rules and Regulations, the Contest shall comprise of the Participant(s) uploading the Content on the Platform in accordance with the Process, along with correctly answering 1(one) objective question based on the Program triggered during the Period on the Platform at the time of submitting the Content on the Platform Participants will be required to submit the Entry on the Platform in the mode and manner as more particularly set out therein for the purposes of participating in the Contest to upload the Content and submit the Entry (defined below).

3. To participate in the Contest, all persons interested in participating and /or Participants shall be mandatorily required to do the following during the Period :
a. log in to the Platform using his/her Twitter account/credentials and /or his/her Facebook account/credentials and click on the relevant page/tab of the Contest on the Platform or in any other manner or form as may be prescribed /requested on the Platform. For the purpose of participating in this Contest, it is mandatory that the interested Participant (s) mandatorily have a valid Twitter and /or Facebook account and must be residing in India during the Period of the Contest.

b. Participant (s) shall thereafter be required to upload the Content in the mode and manner as set out in Platform and provide the correct Answer. It is further clarified that for the purpose of participating in the Contest and to be eligible for the Prize, it is mandatory that the Participant (s) collectively uploads the Content on the Platform and provides the correct Answer for the objective Questions triggered on the Platform.

c. Each Participant is entitled to submit only one Entry through a particular facebook or twitter account during the Period .In the event a Participant submits/provides an Entry multiple times from a particular facebook or twitter account,then only the first Entry shall be taken into consideration and the remaining Entry(s) shall be rejected and declared null and void.

d. Once the Participant has submitted the Entry, the Participant will be asked to pick a visual background (‘Background’). Once the Participant has picked the Background, the title track from the Program (‘Soundtrack’) will get synced with the Content and the Background and a music video comprising of the Content, the Background and the Soundtrack will get created on the Platform, in the mode and manner at the Company’s discretion (collectively ‘Video’).
