The ”Aircel Super challenge” is sponsored, organized and administered by IMImobile Pvt Ltd for the valid Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers of Aircel .

Contest Period :
This contest is valid for 60days from 3rd Feb, 00:00 hrs to 2nd Apr’16, 23:59 hrs (“Contest Period”).

Contest Procedure & Eligibility :
** This Contest is skill based & purely on a “best effort” basis and participation is voluntary for the valid Subscribers of “Company” (the “Service”).
** The Contest is open for all valid pre-paid and post-paid subscribers of the company, in the following service areas Assam, North East, Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Kolkata, Odisha , and Rest of West Bengal.

The employees of the Organizer and of their group companies, affiliate or associate companies and their relatives/ dependents shall not be eligible to participate in this contest. If found otherwise then organizer reserve the right to disqualify the participant and forfeit the prize if handed over to them.

If an employee of Organizer leaves the organization when the contest is launched or leave during contest running period / before winner list announcement / after winner’s list is announced, the participants will not be eligible to participate in the contest. If found otherwise then organizer reserve the right to forfeit the prize.

2. Any postpaid Subscriber with any outstanding amount as dues against the monthly bills generated by company shall not be eligible to be declared Winner in this Contest.

3. In order to be eligible for this Contest, Company’s Subscriber must fulfil the following criteria:
** Subscriber should be above 18 years of age and should be eligible to contract as per Indian laws.
** Subscriber must be citizen of India.
** Subscriber must not have any criminal record nor should be of an unsound mind.Subscriber must not be restrained by any law of the land (e.g. – any court order(s) etc.).
** Subscriber must be either an active existing or new subscriber of Service during the Contest Period.
** Subscriber must have submitted the full set of valid documents as per DOT guidelines, at the time of taking connection.The Subscriber can participate in the contest by dialling an IVR shortcode 5800090 (toll free).
** Upon dialling the IVR shortcode 5800090 participants will be asked 5 questions. The 5 questions will be valid for one day only and next day participant will get new set of 5 questions.
** Each question shall have 2 options and the participating Subscriber shall get 10 points for each correct answer, there will be no negative marking. Each incorrect answer will be recorded as 0 points.
** The maximum number of questions that can be answered in a day is 5. -.
** There will be Surprise day wherein highest scorer (based on winner declaration criteria) of that day will get a prize. The information regarding surprise day will be sent to participants via SMS.

Applicable Charges :
** Subscription charges for the Service are @ Rs. 3 /per day and @ Rs. 70/60 days. The charged amount will not be refunded to Participants under any circumstances
** Subscriber needs to dial short code 5800090 & answer very simple questions

Note:
All the participants who are active for Contest will get free cricket trivia on non match days & score alerts on match days for the duration of Contest.
