Qualified Participants/Entries:

** Entries received after the Last Date set in the Contest page or post will be deemed ineligible, null, and void.
** Each person is only allowed one submission as a Contest entry, unless the Contest page or post specifically states that multiple entries are allowed.
** Any entry that migme believes has been made via any form machine-assisted intervention enabling computer generated multiple entries, spamming activities and/or multiple IDs will be disqualified, banned, and any prize will be voided.
** By entering the contest, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. migme reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
** If there is a dispute as to the identity of a participant, migme reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the participant by requesting for proof of identification.

** In the event that any participant is disqualified from the contest, migme in its sole discretion may decide whether or not to select a replacement. In this event, the replacement will be selected on the same criteria as the original participant and subject to these Rules.
** migme will not accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, alteration of, or unauthorised access to Entries, or Entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.
** Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

Winning The Prize:
** By entering a migme Contest, you are conclusively deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Contest Rules and terms and conditions as well as by any rules specified in any Contest by migme. This is an irrevocable condition of entry.

The following criteria applies:
** In contests where winners are selected at random, the odds of winning depends on chance and cannot be determined in advance.
** Prize winners will be chosen based on the above mentioned criteria, unless specified otherwise in the respective contest page.
** Winners will be contacted via email for verification and details for prize fulfillment.
** If the winner fails to acknowledge in a form of reply within seventy two (72) hours from the time the email is sent, migme reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner at its sole discretion.

** The Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. In the event that the Prize specified in the contest becomes unavailable for any reason migme will substitute a prize of like or equal value from a ready supplier.
