1. Eligibility: Holi Hatke Contest is brought to you by Comparometer Services Pvt. Ltd.It is open for all who are 18 year old as of the date of entry.Holi Hatke Contest is open to legal residents of India only and is void where prohibited by law.

**  Employees of Comparometer Services Pvt. Ltd. their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in Holi Hatke Contest.

2. Contest Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on 17-March-2016 and ending on 24-March-2016. All online entries must be received by 23:59 (IST).

3. How to Enter:
Like Comparometer.in on Facebook or Follow on Twitter. The entrant has to predict the price of the product shown on contest page along with the valid name and email ID of the entrant. The entry must fulfill all Holi Hatke Contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize.

**  Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Comparometer Services Pvt. Ltd. Every time you asked for your answers, you’ve to enter the same details you entered in last question.

**  If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Comparometer Services Pvt. Ltd.

4. Prizes: Winners of Holi Hatke Contest will get a free couple movie tickets. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Comparometer Services Pvt. Ltd’s discretion.

**  The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. Winner selection & notification:
**  Winner of the Holi Hatke Contest will be selected in a random draw under the supervision of the Comparometer Services Pvt. Ltd. Winners will be notified via email address they entered in Holi Hatke Contest within five (5) days following the winner selection.

**  Comparometer Services Pvt. Ltd. shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

**  If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

**  The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all country & state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT Comparometer Services Pvt. Ltd.

**  SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE HOLI HATKE CONTEST AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
