Quiz Contest :

**  Participants will have to answer 5 multiple choice questions to participate in this contest. The participant with all 5 correct answers will qualify to be the part of a lucky draw which will decide the winner for this contest.

**  India TV shall conduct the lucky draw and declare 5 winners per week of the contest. The lucky draw shall be conducted by India TV at B-30, Sector -85, Noida (U.P), amongst the eligible entries with right answers.

**  This contest is subject to the following terms & conditions (“T&C”).The terms and conditions may be updated/amended by India TV Interactive Media Pvt Ltd (India TV) at any time without notice to Contestant.

**  Participation or submission of entry in the contest shall be deemed as the acceptance of the T&C by the Contestant. The Rules of the contest can be amended or varied from time to time by India TV. India TV may choose to discontinue this contest without any prior notice to the participants.

**  Any disputes with respect to the contest shall be settled through arbitration by a sole Arbitrator appointed by the company. All disputes shall be settled under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.

Definitions :
a) “Contest” shall mean the 6 week
b) “Contestant” or “Participant” mean the residents of India, who is eligible and chooses to participate in the Contest.
c) “Prize” means the prize declared for winner or winners of the Contest by India TV.
d) India TV Interactive Media Private Limited (India TV), digital wing of India TV News Channel, having its registered office at B- 30, Sector 85, Noida (UP)
e) “Winner” mean the Contestant who is declared winner by India TV .

Terms & Conditions :

1. Period of the Contest: as mentioned on the website and which means the period within which the contestant can participate in the contest.

2. The contest is open for residents of India only. Entrants under the age of thirteen (13) years must seek parental and/or guardian consent before participating in the Contest.

3. Users can participate in this contest by answering 5 questions which are posted by India TV on its web site indiatvnews.com and/or khabarindiatv.com
4. No entry fee for participation.

5. India TV reserves the sole right to disqualify entries that do not meet the criteria and rules and regulations of the Contest. These include, not limited to, entries submitted with invalid or incorrect information like invalid phone number and email address etc.

6. There shall be no exchange or return of the lucky draw prize identified under the contest.
7. This contest is only valid on India TV web sites.

8. The contest is valid for a time period of 6 weeks, dates of which will be published on India TV web site. India TV reserves the right to discontinue or extend the contest without any prior information.

9. A participant once declared winner will not be considered again for Lucky draw throughout the rest of the contest period. The winner is entitled to 1 lucky draw chance per contest, conducted by India TV.

10. 5 Lucky winners per week, during the duration of the contest, will be announced within 3 working days after the last day of the respective week. Since the duration of the contest is 6 weeks, in total of 30 winners will be announced.

11. Entrants are only eligible for entries made through India TV web sites.
12. Participants will be registered for the contest based on the details furnished at the time of registration.

13. India TV’s decision as regards the winners of the Contest will be final and binding and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made regarding India TV’s decision on the same.

14. The winners will be announced through and on India TV’s Facebook page.

15. The winners may be required to send their photos during the issuing of Lucky Draw gift. Pictures may be posted online or showcased on our website and/or on our social media channels.

16. Neither the employees of India TV nor the family members or the relatives of employees of India TV are eligible to participate in the Contest. Any such entry, even if successful, would be deemed disqualified.

17. Winners must produce proof of identity e.g. Aadhar or PAN Card or Ration Card or Driving Licence or passport before claiming the prize.

18. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items and may be subject to availability. Value of the prize may vary; India TV reserves the right to replace any prize with items of similar value without prior notice.

19. Prizes are subject to availability while stocks last and India TV reserves the right to substitute the prize for its price equivalent wherever necessary.

20. The winners of the lucky draw will be notified in a week after the draw via a prize notification email. India TV reserves the rights to deal with all unclaimed prizes in any manner it deems fit.
