“Meme Battle” contest is divided into 4 topics, each topic lasts for 7 days. You can upload memes via our app “Vidmate” or our particular web page.

There are 3 prizes to be won,
Golden Millionaire: The final winner wins a cash prize of Rs. 1,000,000.
Silver Lakhpati: 2 winners will win cash prizes of Rs. 100,000 each.
Bronze Creator: 10 winners from each topic win Rs. 10,000 each.

1 Contact Details Submission :
** Register yourself through Facebook login, if your submission is on Vidmate.
** Submit the following details if your submission is on contest page: Nickname, Mobile No, and Email.
** We would require these details to ensure delivery of prizes when you win.

2 Rules of Selection :
** Bronze Creator winners will be chosen among the top 100 memes (sorted by “Like Score”) in each topic.
** Golden Millionaire & Silver Lakhpati will be chosen according to “Like Score” (60%) & “Judge Score” (40%). You have to submit memes under all topics to be eligible to be chosen for these 2 prize categories. If you have submitted more than 4 memes, we will count the top 4 only.
** The initial winner list will be visible for 1 month from the announcement date.

3 Like Score (For all prizes) :
In each topic, the meme that has the maximum likes within 7 days gets 100 points. the 2nd most popular meme gets 99 points, and so on. Memes which are ranked below 100 are disqualified.

4 Judge Score (For Golden Millionaire & Silver Lakhpati) :
Judges from Vidmate will score memes that are uploaded. In each topic, the meme that has the highest score gets 100 points, the 2nd one gets 99 points, and so on. Memers who are ranked below 100 are disqualified.

5 Cheating :
** If different memers upload identical or extremely similar memes, the first uploader is regarded as content owner.
** Fake likes are not allowed. Vidamte is closely monitoring such abnormal voting patterns.
** The initial winner list will be announced 2 weeks after the contest ends. It will be publicly available for one month. If you have any objections against the list, feel free to report.
** The final list will be released after the publicity of initial list.

6 Disqualification :
** Uploaded memes which do not adhere to the rules mentioned above (Including but not limited to violence, pornography, advertising, spam).
** Deviation from the contest topic.
** Fake likes or any other other forms of cheating.
