Uber Offer Terms & Conditions:

1. L’Oréal brings exciting Offer (as described in Section 4 below, referred to as “Offer” respectively). This offer is provided to you by L’Oréal India Private Limited (“L’Oreal”). Uber App is a mobile application that connects riders to drivers with a tap of button. Uber App by Uber B.V.(“UBER”).

2. This Offer is valid for a period commencing from March 20th, 2016 to April 30st, 2016 (both days inclusive) or until stocks of the Products (as defined hereinafter) are available for purchase in select cities in select outlets, whichever is later (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by Uber and/ or L’Oreal in their sole discretion without any prior notice.

3. This Offer is brought to you by L’Oreal and any participation in this regard is voluntary. Participation in this Offer is open for Indian national residing in India at the time of purchase of the Product (as defined hereinafter) except the employees and the family members of the L’Oreal and Uber, its associates companies, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors/executing agencies and their associate companies. Minors are not allowed to participate in this Offer.

4. To participate in Offer, during the Offer Period, you must follow the following steps:
(i) Purchase L’Oréal Paris Casting Crème Gloss [MPR Rs 600/- (Rupees Six Hundred Only) inclusive of applicable taxes]
(ii) Subsequent to such purchase, show the purchase memo to L’Oréal Paris Promoter at the outlet and get your Voucher Coupon.
(iii) Download Uber app (UBER.COM/APP) and register yourself.
(iv) The Voucher Coupon will have a promo code, use the promo code and get Rs.200/- OFF on your First Ride in Uber (Valid across all Cities in India.)

5. Any benefits provided under this Offer cannot be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash. You agree that L’Oreal’s decisions related to the Offer and all entries are final and binding.
6. Uber and/ or L’Oréal, respectively, reserve the right to amend and/ or alter any of the terms and conditions of this Offer at any time without prior notice.

7. Pictorial description of the Products as shown are for reference purposes only and L’Oreal is under no obligation to provide the same class of goods as depicted herein. By participating in this Offer, you hereby agree that L’Oréal cannot be held responsible and/ or liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred by you by placing reliance on such content provided by L’Oreal.

8. To the extent legally permitted, Uber and/ or L’Oreal exclude all conditions, warranties, guarantees and similar, whether express or implied, as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any goods or services supplied by Uber and/ or L’Oreal, respectively, other than those implied by statute which may not be legally excluded.

9. This Offer cannot be clubbed and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. Stocks without this Offer are also available.

10. This Offer is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Uber and/ or L’Oreal (“Force Majeure Event”). Uber and/ or L’Oreal shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants in the Offer including the winners as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
