Who can participate:
** Only residents of India can participate in this contest.
** Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. employees & employees of suppliers/agencies to Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. cannot participate in this contest.

How to participate:
A person needs to follow the contest participation instructions as per the ‘How to Participate’ link on mahindranuvosport.com (hereon referred to as the ‘Website’)

To qualify for the contest, participants need to :
** Answer the two questions on the contest page
** Choose any 3 adventure sports from the list provided
** Submit their details

** A person can take part in the contest multiple times during the duration of the contest.
** Mahindra & Mahindra will not be responsible for downtime on the services, caused due to technicalities (like failure of hardware equipment, configuration issue, network congestion), or due to decisions/changes in regulations that are carried out by TRAI, RBI, DoT or any other regulatory body.

Prizes:
1st Prize – 3 winners (along with a friend/spouse) will get a chance to win an adventure sport experience (which they have chosen) from the ‘Do It All’ Bucket List.
2nd Prize – 5 winners get a Go-Pro Camera each
3rd Prize – 100 winners get a Thrillophilia voucher each

1st prize: 3 winners (along with a friend/spouse) get a chance to fulfil 1 adventure sport experience from the list that they have chosen during the contest participation. All prizes will be subject to Indian laws, including tax regulation, as and when applicable. All applicable taxes, levies, charges and incidental costs and TDS, if applicable on any prize, will have to be borne by the winner.

The winners can take their spouse/ friend along with them for the adventure sport experience. Air tickets, travel to the adventure sports location from the nearest airport & accommodation, food will be taken care of by Mahindra. All other expenses will have to be borne by the participant.

2nd prize: 5 winners will get a Go-Pro camera each. All prizes will be subject to Indian laws, including tax regulation, as and when applicable. All applicable taxes, levies, charges and incidental costs and TDS, if applicable on any prize, will have to be borne by the winner.

3rd prize: 100 winners will get a Thrillophilia voucher each ( each voucher worth Rs. 1000).

** All prizes and their specification, location, format & value will be decided by Mahindra. Mahindra will not be responsible if participants fail to present themselves on the said date and time.

** Winners must complete/furnish all the required government identity/age/address proofs in order to claim their prizes/gift.
** Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. will not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.
** 8-10 weeks shall be allowed for the delivery of the 2nd and 3rd prizes to the winners. The 1st prize delivery will be based on season and availability of the adventure sports. The timing of the delivery of 1st prize will be decided by Mahindra.
** Winners must claim the prize in the manner communicated by Mahindra. In case the winner fails to claim the prize on or before the specified date, he/she shall be deemed to have surrendered the prize.
** In case the winner is a minor, a parent or a legal guardian will be eligible to collect the prize on behalf of the minor, subject to verification as mentioned above.

Winner Selection:

Grand prize: The winners will be shortlisted by the internal jury at Mahindra.

The criteria will be:
** How close is participant’s price* estimation to the actual price* ( *NuvoSport’s Price – ex-showroom, Delhi)
** Quality of answers to the other questions
** The jury shall be decided by Mahindra and the decision of the Jury shall be final & binding.
** Winners will be declared within the next 20 working days after the end of the Contest

Duration of contest:
The contest will run from 28th March, 2016 to 3rd April 2016. Opening and closing time will be IST.
