Buy Original HP Cartridges Contest Terms & Conditions:

Following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the ‘Buy original HP Cartridges & win many more exciting gifts Contest’ detailed below (the “Contest”). For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the term HP, when used with reference to a legal entity, shall mean Hewlett-Packard Company

1. The Contest shall run from 20th Feb 2016 – 20th May 2016. HP can curtail or extend the Contest Period, as it deems necessary.
2. Last date for online registration to participate under this offer is 25th May, 2016.
3. The Contest shall be valid in India only.

4. Following shall be entitled to participate in the Scheme (“Participant”):
a. Any person or entity buying HP Cartridges (INK or TONER) from HP Online Store i.e. hpshopping.in or HP WORLD during the Contest Period.

5. An employee, agent or a relative of an employee of HP shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest.
6. Each Participant must ensure that his/her participation in the Contest is lawful and is in accordance with the applicable laws.

7. Customers buying HP Cartridges through HP WORLD store, must ensure that their submission which is through Online Registration at web page cartridgepromotion.com, is done by on or before 25th May, 2016, to be eligible under this Contest. Any entry received after 25th May, 2016 shall be liable for rejection and no further correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

8. Customers buying HP cartridges through HP Online Store, need not to make any registration, their entries will be added directly through the system under this Contest
9. No participation or other fee is required to be paid for participating in the Contest.
10. The Participant agrees to provide HP his/her current, complete and accurate information.

11. An incomplete entry /submission by a Participant is liable to be rejected. HP reserves the right to reject any entry/ without assigning any reason thereof. Any decision taken by HP for rejecting any entry /submission shall be final and binding and not subject to any dispute or challenge.

12. The winning Participants hereby waive all rights and grant to HP or its Affiliates, a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual worldwide license to copy, modify and otherwise use and distribute their submission entry and/or photo and/or any element of the submission, in any and all media and in any publication whether online, offline or on the Internet. HP shall also be free to use any ideas, concepts, photos, know-how or techniques contained in such submissions or materials for any purpose.

13. HP does not make any commitment, express or implied, to respond to any feedback, suggestion and, or, queries of the Participants or furnish any reason or explanation at any stage of the Contest.
14. HP may assign any or all of its rights under these Terms and Conditions to its Affiliates without consent of the Participants.
15. Participation in the Contest shall be construed as an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein. Any breach or default by a Participant of any of the Terms and Conditions herein shall result in immediate disqualification without notice.

16. The HP officials engaged in the organization and management of the Contest, including its directors, officers, partners, employees, consultants and agents are under no obligation to render any advice or service to any Participant in respect of the Contest.

17. Any attempt by a Participant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is in violation of Criminal and Civil Laws and should such an attempt be made, HP reserves the right to seek damages from any such Participant to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Process:
** Participant buys HP original Cartridges from HP Online Store or HP WORLD during the contest period, i.e. 20th Feb 2016 – 20th May 2016.
** Purchases made through HP online store need not registered at Registration Page, their entry will be considered by default for above mentioned Lucky Draw
** Purchase made through HP WORLD, need to visit to cartridgepromotion.com , and register online by on or before 25th May, 2016, to be eligible under this Contest. Any entry received after 25th May, 2016 shall be liable for rejection and no further correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
** To complete online registration, participant needs to attach soft copy of purchase invoice (purchase date, product, customer’s name should be clearly visible)
** On receipt of online registration, online validation will be done within 24 hrs. and status will be updated online
** Valid entries of HP Online Store and HP World a day or week will be used for selection of Daily / Weekly / Mega and Bumper winners as per scheduled listed above table
** Once winner is selected, his/her name and other details will be displayed online
** Validation and dispatch of prize, would take a maximum of 30 days from the date of announcement.
** A maximum of 5 entries can be accepted from a single participant during the promo period, each entry should be accompanied with valid purchase invoice and registration. Single transaction may entitle participant for a single entry under this contest, irrespective of units purchased.
** Personalized communications will be sent to the email ID of selected winner within 3-4 days from the date of announcement of winner
