McDonald’s #HappyHosting Contest :

1. This Contest is open to Indian nationals residing in cities of North and East India, only.

2. Connaught Plaza Restaurants Private Limited (CPRPL) (McDonald’s India North & East) reserves the right to modify or change all or any of the rules applicable to this contest.
3. Winners will be selected on the basis of unique & innovative reply to the contest question.
4. The contest will run from 28th March to 30th March 2016.
5. Winners have to message McDonald’s India Facebook page with the required details – Address (with pin code) & Contact number.
6. Winners will be selected on the final day of the contest closure.
7. The prizes will be couriered to the winners. McDonald’s India will not be responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged item.
8. Once Connaught Plaza Restaurants Private Limited (McDonald’s India North & East) receives participants’ addresses, the same cannot be changed, and the prize will not be dispatched to any other address.

9. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. 10. Employees of McDonald’s and its partner agencies are NOT allowed to participate in the contest.
11. You do not need to purchase anything to participate.

Connaught Plaza Restaurants Private Limited (McDonald’s India North & East) shall not be responsible for any loss or damage if it has to discontinue or cancel this Contest in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government or for any other unavoidable reason beyond its control. The participants shall be informed of such discontinuance/cancellation as soon as possible.

13. No nudity, foul language or offensive content is allowed.
14. All entries could be used as promotional material by Connaught Plaza Restaurants Private Limited (McDonald’s India North & East) across various kinds of media.
15. Connaught Plaza Restaurants Private Limited (McDonald’s India North & East) is not responsible for participants not being able to understand the Contest mechanics or their misinterpretation of the same.
16. The final decision for the contest lies at the sole discretion of Connaught Plaza Restaurants Private Limited (McDonald’s India North & East) & the Jury. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
17. All disputes relating to this contest will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts of New Delhi only
