Chings Ka Fan Contest Terms & Conditions:

** These terms and conditions apply to the “Ching’s Secret – Shahrukh Khan Ke Fan Contest” for the consumers (hereinafter referred to as “Contest”).

** Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the Contest shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”.
** Participation in this Contest is purely voluntary. By participating in this Contest, each Participant is deemed to have fully and unconditionally accepted these terms and conditions of this Contest .
** Successfully entering the Contest and winning the contest is subject to all requirements set forth herein.
** This Contest gives the Participants a chance to meet and greet Bollywood Star “Shahrukh Khan” (“Celebrity”), movie tickets and Ching’s product hampers.
** The Contest is valid only for Indian residents across India above 18 years of age.
** Employees and their family members of Capital Foods Private Limited, its associate and/or subsidiary companies, its advertising and contestable agencies and its auditors are not entitled to participate in this contest.
** Capital Foods reserves the right to alter or amend the Contest terms and condition without prior notice and to suspend the Contest or cancel the Contest at any time.
** Any updates will be displayed on Capital Foods’s website chingssecret.com
** All decisions of Capital Foods in respect of the Contest and the prizes therein will be final and binding.
** The Contest is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations.
** Capital Foods reserves the right to exclude any person from the Contest on grounds of misconduct or criminal record.
** All decisions of Capital Foods in respect of the Contest and the prizes therein will be final and binding.
** Participants agree not to do anything which might bring Capital Foods into disrepute or affect the reputation of the competition the Capital Foods.

Contest Period & Contest Timings:
** The Contest is valid for a period of 30 days commencing from 20th March 2016 to 19th April 2016 (hereinafter “Contest Period”). –a“Day” is defined as a period of 24 hours starting from 12 noon and ending at 11:59 am the following day.
** Entries received before the commencement of the Contest Period or after the Contest Period will not be considered.
** The Participants can submit entries at any time during the Contest Period.
** Time of participation will be defined as the time at which the SMS is received,
** Capital Foods reserves the right to amend the Contest Period and/or contest timing without giving any further notice. The decision of Capital Foods on the Contest shall be final and binding and no communication in this regard shall be entertained.

How to Apply:
** To participate in the Contest, participants have to SMS the unique code inside printed on the inner side of the pack of Ching’s Noodles (hereinafter ‘Entry’) to 53131.
** Thereafter a message will be sent to the Participant confirming his/her participation along with a question that the Participant needs to answer.
** To answer the question, the Participants need to SMS “CHINGS<space>Answer” to 53131.
** No Entry will be considered valid unless the Participant enters the unique code printed on the inner side of the pack correctly.
** Once the Participant is shortlisted, Capital Foods or an organizer appointed by Capital Foods shall contact each shortlisted Participant on the number from which the missed call was received.
** The shortlisted Participants will be contacted within four weeks from the time of winner selection.
** In the event the shortlisted Participant’s number is busy, unreachable, or he/she does not attend the call, two (2) more attempts will be made to reach the Participant on that day and/or the next day.
** The shortlisted Participant will have to provide a copy of his address proof or personal identification , copy of his/her PAN Card or his/her family members’ PAN Card along with the unique code used by the Participant for entering in the Contest
** No prize will be awarded if the information provided by the Participant at the time of entering the Contest is not factually correct.

Winner Selection:
** At the end of the Contest Period, the winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries received during the Contest Period, through a draw of lots under the inspection of an independent auditor, to ensure that the names of all the eligible entries are included in the draw of lots.

Each Participant will be entitled to win the following Prizes:
** Five (5) winners to meet and greet Shahrukh Khan.
** Four Hundred (400) Winners will get one ticket of Movie FAN.
** Five Hundred (500) winners will get Ching’s Gift Hamper.
