** All natural persons above the age of eighteen (18) and competent to contract can participate in the Contest. Minors can participate in this Contest only through their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) and with the explicit consent of such parent(s) or legal guardian(s).

Neither the Company nor YRF shall be liable for any loss, damages, actions, claims or any other consequences if a minor participates in this Contest without prior consent of the parent(s) or legal guardian(s).

** The Contest is open to Indian citizens residing in India only. Foreign citizens and Non-Resident Indians are ineligible to participate in this Contest.

** Subject to these Terms and Conditions, persons who apply coupon code ‘BeTheFan’ while placing all their orders and ensure that their first order is INR 1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand) or more from Vistaprint India will be eligible to participate in this Contest from whom ten (10) winners will get a chance to meet Shah Rukh Khan. Top ten spenders would be selected as winners “Reward”).

If the Reward becomes unavailable for any reason, the Company shall be entitled to, in its sole and absolute discretion, substitute a reward of like nature. The participant(s) or winner(s) shall not be entitled to challenge the decision of the Company pertaining to the change in Reward.

** Specific details and other information, or any changes/amendments/cancellations thereto, relating to the Contest may be published by the Company separately, on platforms and in mediums, which the Company in its sole discretion may deem fit.

Neither the Company nor YRF shall be responsible for any person’s failure to take cognizance of such details and information and any resultant consequences thereto.

** It shall be the participant’s responsibility to ensure that any required forms or details which are to be submitted by the participant are filled correctly and duly submitted to the Company.

Neither the Company nor YRF shall be responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by participants while participating in the Contest.

** No spamming or bulk emailing/messaging in any form is allowed. Any unsolicited sending of any emails/messages in volume may result in the cancellation of the participant’s entry into the Contest and any outstanding Reward(s).

** Any attempt to fraudulently, or with malafide intentions, take advantage of the Contest may result in cancellation of the participant’s entry and the revocation of any Reward(s).

** This Contest cannot be combined with any other contests, offers or programs. The Contest or any Reward cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person and no substitution of any kind, including monetary redemption, shall be allowed/given to any person. Only 1 (one) Reward can be claimed against one (1) entry.

** The participant shall be contacted on their registered email address on Vistaprint India, in case he/she qualifies to win the Reward. Failure of such participant to respond within two (2) days shall be taken as forfeiture of the Reward by such participant and another winner may be selected in such participant’s place.

** This Contest is valid for a limited period from 00:00:00 hours on April 1, 2016 to 11:59:59 hours on April 10, 2016 and the Company reserves the right, without liability or prejudice to any of its other rights, to amend/cancel/suspend/withdraw the details, Reward, Terms and Conditions of the Contest or the Contest at any time without any prior notice or intimation.
