The “Zaamor Diamonds Giveaway Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by Zaamor Diamonds (“Sponsor” or “Zaamor Diamonds”). The Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules

Eligibility:
** The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of INDIA who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, reside in INDIA at the time of entry and have Internet access and a valid e-mail account at the time of entry. Entrants must submit all required information to be eligible to win. Entries missing required information will be disqualified. Required information includes name, email address, communication address, gender and date of birth.

** Employees, officers and directors of Zaamor Diamonds and their respective parents, subsidiaries, agents and suppliers, as well as members of their immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings and grandparents) and individuals living in the same household as those individuals are not eligible to enter or win. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.

Sweepstakes Periods:
The Submission period begins at 00:01 A.m. IST on April 01, 2016 and ends at 11:59p.m. IST on July 31, 2016 (“Submission Period”) All entries (submissions) must be received on or before 11:59pm IST July 31, 2016 to be eligible. Winner will be selected randomly on a weekly basis and notified to their email address starting from 00:01 A.m. IST on April 07, 2016 to 11:59p.m. IST on August 31, 2016.

How To Enter:
** You can enter the Sweepstakes by visiting zaamordiamonds.com/sodexo and entering your name, email address, communication address, gender and date of birth. Only one online entry per email address will be accepted. No illegible, incomplete, forged, mechanically produced or altered entries will be accepted. All entries must be received during the Submission Period. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

** Zaamor Diamonds has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry. Zaamor Diamonds is not responsible for lost, late, invalid, unintelligible, incomplete, garbled, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. No telephoned, faxed, or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Proof of submission of an entry will not be deemed proof of receipt.

** Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged nor will proof of submission of an entry form be deemed proof of receipt. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account” holder is the natural person assigned the e-mail account. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Winner Selection:
** Zaamor Diamonds will view all eligible entries received during the Submission Period. Based on the number of sweepstakes participants, Zaamor Diamonds will choose winners at random on a weekly period and will announce their selection after winning prize has been selected for the winner. Announcement and instructions for prize collection will be sent to the e-mail address supplied on the potential prizewinner’s entry form.

** Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her e-mail account for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this Sweepstakes. If Administrator (or Sponsor) cannot reach a potential prizewinner within seven (7) days, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, that potential prizewinner shall forfeit the prize and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

** Upon the request of Zaamor Diamonds, the potential winner may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility. If a potential winner fails to comply with these official rules, that potential winner will be disqualified. If a potential winner is unable to coordinate receipt of the prize within 30 days of being selected, that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
